Oil change and concern check I scheduled an oil change as I have done in the past. This time it seemed to be more expensive. Also at check-in I disclose my concerns about lights o I scheduled an oil change as I have done in the past. This time it seemed to be more expensive. Also at check-in I disclose my concerns about lights on my instrument panel and ask that it would be checked to see if it was an error in the instrument panel or if there were actual issues related to the lights. Upon check out, apparently none of those concerns have been related to the mechanic rather he had brought up these concerns for me to have checked out. when asked about this it was suggested that I take it to a Fiat dealer. This was very upsetting if I had made a special trip to Omaha and to find out later that in fact tail light system is out and that there are actual concerns that I've been driving around with. do not understand why my concerns when reported we're not taken to the mechanic, and then they could not be checked out. I will take the advice and take my car to a Fiat dealership from now on. I will not be returning. More

Body shop estimate I took my new car that had paint scratches from another car. The guy at the body shop just told me it’s not worth fixing. Not Happy I had my truck in 3 times to fix the A/C and it still doesn't work. Brought it back and was told I needed to spend another 1000 to maybe fix it. Kia Maintenance Review Fast and efficient. Kyle did a wonderful job in checking my concerns for the vehicle, which were brakes/rotars and oil change. Brakes and rotars came Fast and efficient. Kyle did a wonderful job in checking my concerns for the vehicle, which were brakes/rotars and oil change. Brakes and rotars came back fine. Stayed would need to have struts put in soon but nothing of huge concern. Will take the Kia in for another oil change soon and will get another look at for struts. Only thing that could’ve been better was that the oil sticker for knowing when I need another oil change was not placed on the windshield. More
