We approached the service center wearing masks and the representative did not offer to wear one. He continued talking without offering to put on a mask. I called the manager before picking up the vehicle representative did not offer to wear one. He continued talking without offering to put on a mask. I called the manager before picking up the vehicle from the oil change and asked what is in place to keep us safe. He said protocols are to ask if we want a mask (when a service professional sees up approach wearing a mask). He said that training would be conducted Before I returned. After the call, I met the same service representative who did not offer to wear a mask. I was wearing a mask carrying a bottle of disinfectant and wipes. I had to ask him to put on a mask. And he had to look around to find one. Super uncomfortable. My call was 100% ignored. No way the dealership is enforcing this policy. This is my first Buick & May end up being my last. I may never return to the dealership (I like to service at the dealership/personal preference). I felt disrespected over a basic matter. More
Overall just wasn’t happy with the guy I dealt with and how the solution to fixing my vehicle was presented. Got charged twice for something and had to call back to get the story straight and get reimburse how the solution to fixing my vehicle was presented. Service department is friendly, prompt and wipes surfaces down to prevent spread of COVID-19. They are however in either complete denial of how an eight speed automatic transmission should work, incapable of down to prevent spread of COVID-19.
