I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change with one inquiry to look at front suspension. (Riding rough! Every time I hit the smallest bump it seemed like the vehicle was going to break.) My appointment inquiry to look at front suspension. (Riding rough! Every time I hit the smallest bump it seemed like the vehicle was going to break.) My appointment was Aug 12 @ 10:15 A.M. Jeff Knoll was my advisor. I made him aware of my concerns for my vehicle. I mentioned to Jeff I was leaving my vehicle I’ll come back to retrieve it after it was complete. I was NOT contacted the same day as to where nor how my vehicle was doing. It took me calling to find out the car was done, on the 13th of August! Once I made it back up to the dealership I waited around for 5 mins or so to be greeted by a staff member. Once greeted another few minutes lapsed looking for the paperwork for my vehicle. Jeff Knoll finally Pop’s up with all my paperwork. I make the payment for the service rendered, only to be escort to the rear parking lot where my vehicle sits. Jeff ask me, “was this on you vehicle prior to coming in for service?” Me, NO! Jeff, “Here are you keys we’ll take care of it! Me, No keep the car, fix it! No problem we’ll have done by early next week! Jeff replies! The experience became very distasteful 1st having me pay for my vehicle before announcing the damages 1st. Secondly, my vehicle was in possession of the dealership for more than one week without any communications. I’ve tried calling and left messages on my advisor phone line, never received a call back. Very time I called I was forced through voicemail. After being frustrated, only than I called the Woodhouse Porsche dealership asking the receptionist if all Woodhouse dealership was franchise or one owner, she confirmed one owner. It was only then after I told her my situation, she transfer me back to 119th I Street do I get someone in the service department. I demanded complete or not I’m coming to retrieve my vehicle @ 3- 3:30pm. Once I’ve arrived I see my vehicle, yet again I stand around before being greeted another 10 mins this time with my 7 yr old daughter. We both used the facilities and once we came back out Jeff Knoll is at the counter with, whom he called body shop personnel. Jeff mutters to the body shop personnel this is the owner of the car we.... body shop personnel says “what you want me to do? He’s not paying for nothing... there’s no paperwork... Me, “I just want my car keys. Jeff, oh there on the windshield! The professionalism was never there. I Was made to feel like I created the problem! I was never offered any accommodations. I’m back driving my vehicle that potentially loss some of its value due to an accident that I didn’t commit! Over all experience was horrible. 1st time and last time experiencing this treatment unless someone reaches out with some pretty reasonable accommodations! For this experience! More

They made time on an already busy Saturday to to replace my battery after I told them it was turning over slow. They let me bring my car in Fri. afternoon and gave me a ride home and gave me a ride to the my battery after I told them it was turning over slow.
