This has gotten frustrating with an airbag recall. They broke the trim and the cup holder. They fixed the trim, not cup holder. This will be the 3x if I hear back about the cup holder. Kyle has been nice. But it's still a pain to deal with having the car picked up and delivered. More

I recently had a gmc denalli breakdown 5 miles from the dealership with no warranty due to it being used for my businesses. Typically am out of warranty 5 months after purchase. No one would help due to th dealership with no warranty due to it being used for my businesses. Typically am out of warranty 5 months after purchase. No one would help due to this fact and lead my to gmc road side assistance. 1.5 hours later I finally had a tow truck set up. Got to the dealership and was meet by a couple of xxxxxxxx. Once they pulled up my commercial account the whole situation changed. I have bought a bunch of vehicles from you over the last 15 years and will never again. Bought a new Tahoe And 4 works pickups from a small town dealer the next day. Over the years I have sent a LOT of business your way from family, friends and other businessman. We've only been to service twice and both times we've been extremely impressed. The courtesy, friendliness, and cleanliness was outstanding. I hope your employees are paid well for their efforts. I only go to Woodhouse because I have a warranty and this is the only dealership near me. The wait times are outrageously long even when you have an appointment. A simple cleaning of a sensor should not take over 3 hours. I also had to go back with my car in a week because they did not fix my issue and had to wait another 3 hours (with an appointment). After one hour I was told what the issue was and that “it shouldn’t be too much longer” but I still waited another 2 hours. It makes me wonder if the technicians know what they are doing if it takes them that long. I was also told that the “system” said I was dropping off my car when my confirmation email clearly stated I would be waiting at the dealership. I believe the gentleman who told me this was not being honest. Hopefully the issue with my car is now fixed, but it might be too soon to tell. Finally, there is a mask mandate currently in place in Omaha, and almost none of the staff were wearing masks. More
I am not sure how a 59.45 advertised oil change gets to 67.75. Service person could not explain. Assumed it was extra amount of oil needed for my motor. My motor is a standard V-6.
