The Telephone solicitor had promised in addition to pick up and delivery for our oil change, there would be a free vacuum service. That was not completed. At a price of approximately $60... I called the dealership to make an appointment and they told me to bring it in right away. My battery kept going dead and I needed a tire rotation and a oil change.
