Took your service department 4 try’s to fix a check engine light. Which meant 4 trips that I didn’t have time for back and forth to the dealer to get the pickup fixed. Now it is using antifreeze that i engine light. Which meant 4 trips that I didn’t have time for back and forth to the dealer to get the pickup fixed. Now it is using antifreeze that it did not use before. That is going to require a 5th trip to the dealer. Was told that we where causing the problem on the first 3 trips. That was not true. Your service writers and tech do not seem to be very good at diagnosing problems and coming up with a solution to fix the problems. They would rather blame the customer for how they use the vehicle than find and correct the issue. More

I brought my 2012 Terrain in for oil change and other work needed. Worked with Jeff K. I was given a ride home with pleasant female employee. Additional work was needed and parts were ordered. Appreciated his thoughtfulness. A recall was also received and addressed during this visit. I took the SUV in on Monday and work was completed on Wednesday. Runs great. Also forgot to check the back seat and was looking for my jacket and wondered where I had left it. Multiple check's and finally thought maybe at Woodhouse. Stopped there yesterday and went to the service department and was helped by one of the gentleman who when I told him what I needed he immediately turned and went and came with the jacket.(USA Olympic symbol).
