They were prepared to receive me. They were friendly to work with, and willing to use old school telephone/cellphone methods to contact me. They were very aware of Covid-19 procedures. I had scheduled an appointment to get my drivers side mirror replaced. I informed the lady that I would need an entire new mirror. She stated that it would need to be ordered; which I figured it would be mirror replaced. I informed the lady that I would need an entire new mirror. She stated that it would need to be ordered; which I figured it would be, and to schedule an appointment to get it fixed later the following week (which I did). Once I made an appointment, I had gotten a confirmation email stating everything that was to take place on the scheduled appointment date. Well, when the car was taken in on said date, we were told that the mirror was never ordered, and that I wasn’t on the schedule. Why wouldn’t a part get ordered when someone calls in to make an appointment and receives a confirmation email? I was then told that it would take another 4 days for the mirror to come in. It’s frustrating when you schedule to do one thing, and the service department doesn’t even do their one job...whoever scheduled the appointment didn’t do their job right. More

Finally found the problem after 3 visits. They were very friendly and I’m glad they got the problem solved and paid the warranty deductible.
