I bought a GMC 2500 HD Sierra there. Service used to be great. This time I brought it in for a bad rear tail light and to have the oil changed and tires rotated. It was filthy after being towed across the country behind my motor home. When I picked it up it hadn't been washed and the tail light hadn't been repaired. The service writer said they intended to wash it, but hadn't, if that makes sense. He said they had no record of me asking to have the tail light fixed and it needed a new air filter. He said they didn't replace the filter because I had not given ;permission, in spite of them having my cell number. More
I purchased my new 2018 Sierra Denali at Woodhouse Buick GMC, and have always taken it back for any service needed. My last visit on 11/22/23 was for an oil change and tire rotation, and during the service GMC, and have always taken it back for any service needed. My last visit on 11/22/23 was for an oil change and tire rotation, and during the service the technician and Sean the Service Writer noticed that the battery seemed sluggish. After a load test it was confirmed that I needed a new battery, so I asked them to replace. They saved me from potentially being stranded somewhere in the cold or winter. I really appreciated that very much. Professional, organized, clean, and classy all jump to mind when I go to this dealership and I always wait for the service to be completed. Always coffee and nice people there. I will always take my GMC to Woodhouse. More
Edited this from a what seemed like a great situation to absolutely frustrated and annoyed. Bought a used truck that I was not told full details on. Found out it was wrecked not once but twice… Traded for a absolutely frustrated and annoyed. Bought a used truck that I was not told full details on. Found out it was wrecked not once but twice… Traded for a more expensive “nicer vehicle” and for the past month I have had problem after problem… first seat was busted(still not fixed), then brakes(partially fixed but incorrectly) , then door(I order a piece because they take forever to get anything), now starter literally only been a month and though our sales guy has tried the body shop keeps breaking promises instead of just telling us the situations. Super annoyed! Asked for them to check the starter squeal last it was In ( reminder it’s only been a month) and they didn’t find anything… (eye roll) save your frustrations and go else where! They tell you what want you want to hear and leave you with payments for a busted vehicle! Still don’t have the extra promised key or a full functioning vehicle… we have purchased the last 5 VEHICLES At PLAZA BUT NEXT TIME WE WILL NOT COME BACK! What a joke! More
