We've only been to service twice and both times we've been extremely impressed. The courtesy, friendliness, and cleanliness was outstanding. I hope your employees are paid well for their efforts. I only go to Woodhouse because I have a warranty and this is the only dealership near me. The wait times are outrageously long even when you have an appointment. A simple cleaning of a sensor should not take over 3 hours. I also had to go back with my car in a week because they did not fix my issue and had to wait another 3 hours (with an appointment). After one hour I was told what the issue was and that “it shouldn’t be too much longer” but I still waited another 2 hours. It makes me wonder if the technicians know what they are doing if it takes them that long. I was also told that the “system” said I was dropping off my car when my confirmation email clearly stated I would be waiting at the dealership. I believe the gentleman who told me this was not being honest. Hopefully the issue with my car is now fixed, but it might be too soon to tell. Finally, there is a mask mandate currently in place in Omaha, and almost none of the staff were wearing masks. More
I am not sure how a 59.45 advertised oil change gets to 67.75. Service person could not explain. Assumed it was extra amount of oil needed for my motor. My motor is a standard V-6. First I was dealing with BAXTER which the people there are terrible. So my mother in law said try Woodhouse because they have bought 2 vehicles from Gus there. So I went down and talked with Gus and he are terrible. So my mother in law said try Woodhouse because they have bought 2 vehicles from Gus there. So I went down and talked with Gus and he asked what I wanted and what I was looking for. He found everything I was looking for. So I filled out credit app and by the next morning Gus called with all details and I was amazed with the payments and warranty that was included for less than what I expected to pay a month.
