I brought my 2012 Terrain in for oil change and other work needed. Worked with Jeff K. I was given a ride home with pleasant female employee. Additional work was needed and parts were ordered. Appreciated his thoughtfulness. A recall was also received and addressed during this visit. I took the SUV in on Monday and work was completed on Wednesday. Runs great. Also forgot to check the back seat and was looking for my jacket and wondered where I had left it. Multiple check's and finally thought maybe at Woodhouse. Stopped there yesterday and went to the service department and was helped by one of the gentleman who when I told him what I needed he immediately turned and went and came with the jacket.(USA Olympic symbol). Staff and all employees are very efficient, friendly and so interest in working with their customers. Thanks to all.🙋🙋 More
