Called and made appointment with Justin Edmonds, he was making a delivery at the time so we dealt with Gus Maiak We researched the vehicle we wanted. Gus was great to work with and Justin helped with the delivery on our new vehicle. Justin explained everything on our new vehicle and made sure I understood it before going on to something new. Ryan helped us with the financing and was very thorough and explained everything. We were very satisfied with how the entire purchase was done. Even though they make nothing on the service side, they make sure your service experience is as good as the sale experience. Go above and beyond what is required of them to make the sale. With a medical issue I have, they make sure I am taken care of and where I need to be and when. Christina in service as good as gold. Will never look to buy anywhere else. Prices were right in line and even if they weren't the extras you get with dealing with the people at plaza would make it the best deal you could possibly hope for. Vince asked me questions and showed me all the cars that fit within my wants and needs. Throughout the entire process I never felt pressured. I felt that Vince wanted to help me, but was more concerned with making sure my questions were answered than making a sale . Vince was extremely patient with me and took time to make sure he answered all my questions. All of the vehicles seemed to be fairly priced. Many came with warranties.
