I've always been treated with respect and talked to about MY car and not just poo pooed or talked down to because "I don't know what is going on" with my own car. I did discuss this with Ryan as he is and ALWAYS has been a great advisor with our vehicles. Very disappointed in the lack of personal interaction like it used to be. (i.e. just calling out the last name in the waiting room when vehicles were finished and walking away) (There happened to be 2 people with the same last name and both got up and went out when the last name was called because the service advisor just called the name and went back to the service area and did not wait and then one was embarrassed because it was NOT hers) Need to work on customer service or interpersonal skills. Work incomplete I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday night with a list of things to check. After a few conversations with the advisor I thought everything was set. Ho I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday night with a list of things to check. After a few conversations with the advisor I thought everything was set. However after I pulled my vehicle out of the back lot I noticed a tire has not been fixed. I was extremely upset. When I returned they did fix the tire, so I thought. The following day the same tire was low on air. This time I took it to another shop and they found two more leaks. Why wouldn’t wood house make sure their work is complete before they tell me it’s done? They also over inflated my tires by 5 pounds. They also did not run my vehicle through the car wash like the usually do. More
