Good and Timely I scheduled my service online with a 'wait for car' status. When I arrived, the system said that I was 'dropping off' my car. I'm aware that these are two totally different things, schedule-wise. I needed my car done quickly and showed the service rep my email confirming that I indeed was a 'wait for car' status. She was able to rearrange some things and I was out the door after 1hr 15min. Thank you for making that happen. On a side note, please take a look at the online scheduling program - as the status's were different from what was selected/confirmed and what was seen on the Woodhouse side of the reservation. More

Excellent Maintenance on older vehicle. We have a 2002 Park Ave with nearly 200,000 miles on it, so it has been needing some repair of worn parts. They replaced the plug wires and spark plu We have a 2002 Park Ave with nearly 200,000 miles on it, so it has been needing some repair of worn parts. They replaced the plug wires and spark plugs (all original), the fuel filter, and gas cap after doing an emission vacuum check (Other repair places I've used would have claimed it needed a far more expensive fix than just a gas cap). The car runs like new. We didn't realize how much it's performance was going down until it was fixed. Keeping the car we love running like new when it is 15 years old costs quite a bit every once in a while, but Plaza Buick and it's new owners, Woodhouse, never do work that is unnecessary and even fix minor things without charge. I've been to other repair shops that would be milking the maintenance of our car like crazy. I have never had Woodhouse suggest any repair without explaining why they think it is needed to my satisfaction. They are never pushy. I decide what I think needs to be done and when I want to do it. When maintaining an older car, it is extremely important to have a repair shop one can trust. For me, Woodhouse is that shop. More
