I apologize I did use the f word which I rarely use, only when I’m mad. some things I didn’t realize til after the fact. I’m paying $50 a month more for a lesser car. It doesn’t have the moon roof, it doesn’t have a CD player, or the warning lights in the outside mirrors which I would’ve sworn it had when I test drove it but I must’ve been mistaken, it didn’t even have the rubber floor mats which my last car had. They did let me take those. Turns out I miss my moon roof a Lot. I did ask about maybe making a switch. In effect if I had it to do over I would’ve gotten something more comparable with my last vehicle. I was surprised at the lack of empathy when I came back the following day and expressed my concern about this, basically I was informed I signed the paperwork so I’m stuck with it. Normally when I get a new car I’m excited about it but it sure takes the fun out of it when I’m full of resentment. I was under the impression you had 3 days to change your mind but maybe that only applies to purchase and not towards a lease. I could be wrong. But no I would not recommend Woodhouse and when this lease is up will go elsewhere. More

Vehicles are well-detailed, and this dealership upholds its reputation by their stringent 170-point plus certified vehicle process. Arnold was great to work with. He listened to what we explained we were looking for and was very knowledgeable in helping us find a vehicle that suited our needs. I usually dislike the car-buying experience altogether, because most sales associates seem to be high-pressure asking too many questions, but our experience with Arnold was awesome! The process to negotiate and ultimately buy our vehicle took maybe 45 minutes, which is a record time in my experience. The sales manager worked with us on a price and threw in some "freebies". Will likely buy from again. More

SERVICE REPAIR/PURCHASE NEW VEHICLE I originally intended to have my 2013 Buick Encore repaired as the Electrical relay for the cooling fan went out, the Service department at Plaza Buic I originally intended to have my 2013 Buick Encore repaired as the Electrical relay for the cooling fan went out, the Service department at Plaza Buick is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient , providing me with the Estimate for repair and cost in the same day, I opted to purchase a 2019 Buick Envision, Chris, Ryan and Erin were great to work with from the test drive, financials, preventative coating options and follow through on the entire process, this is my 2nd purchase of a brand new vehicle from Plaza Buick, and I will continue to do business and recommend them to family and friends for years to come, More
