Being 2 hours from Omaha I was unable to just pop in to see the vehicle I was i My experience with Woodhouse was great from the beginning to the end. Being 2 hours from Omaha I was unable to just pop in to see the vehicle I was interested in so I called to ask a few questions. Gus answered the phone and he was very friendly and quick to listen. I asked him a few questions and he told me that he'd rather go get the vehicle, pull it in and take pictures of the things I was asking about and send them to me. I ended up going to see the vehicle the next day. Gus was very honest with me, showed me all the things any potential buyer would want to know. He pointed out the imperfections and we took it for a drive. I bought the vehicle. It was quick and easy. My family was with me and they were respectful of my time. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I did have an issue. I contacted Gus the next day and he went above and beyond to make things right. He's a class act and anyone in sales should learn Gus's definition of customer service. Thank you again to Woodhouse and the crew! More
