I bought a GMC 2500 HD Sierra there. Service used to be great. This time I brought it in for a bad rear tail light and to have the oil changed and tires rotated. The service writer said they intended to wash it, but hadn't, if that makes sense. He said they had no record of me asking to have the tail light fixed and it needed a new air filter. He said they didn't replace the filter because I had not given ;permission, in spite of them having my cell number. More

I purchased my new 2018 Sierra Denali at Woodhouse Buick GMC, and have always taken it back for any service needed. My last visit on 11/22/23 was for an oil change and tire rotation, and during the service GMC, and have always taken it back for any service needed. My last visit on 11/22/23 was for an oil change and tire rotation, and during the service the technician and Sean the Service Writer noticed that the battery seemed sluggish. After a load test it was confirmed that I needed a new battery, so I asked them to replace. They saved me from potentially being stranded somewhere in the cold or winter. I really appreciated that very much. Professional, organized, clean, and classy all jump to mind when I go to this dealership and I always wait for the service to be completed. Always coffee and nice people there. I will always take my GMC to Woodhouse. More
