Last year I changed the oxygen sensor on my Altima and car started shaking. When I went back I was told that nothing was wrong, then couple of months later my car didn’t pass the emission control. I came back to service department and they took car in for 2 hours, and came back saying there was nothing wrong. Magically, the next day my car passed the emission control ... and my car stopped shaking. So, I forgave them as long as they fixed the problem. A couple of months ago my brakes started pulsating, so the rotors were cut. However, the vibration continued, so drums were cut too, but never tightened up so my car could barely stop. I came back for the third time and they tightened the rear brakes. After that my brakes started making grinding noise before the car stopped. So I took it to the service depart on Saturday afternoon and Jay Brandt told me that the technician who did the work is not here and so no one else is going to check my brakes for free!!! And that I should come back next week. So, I pushed on him and he drove the car, looked at the brakes and told me that he heard the noise but this is 100% not the brakes and he is not sure what is the problem. He told me to leave the car for a couple days, but I didn’t trust him at this point. I took the car to Arlighton Nissan on Monday and they told me that drums were badly cut and above all the wheel (“slave”) cylinder was leaking for a long time. What kind of technician do they have at Woodfield Nissan that could not see the leaking cylinder and badly cut drums!!! So, I ended up replacing the cylinder, cutting the drums again and replacing the brake shoes. When I came to the service department asking for reimbursement for the expenses, service director Guy Di Leo yelled at me and told me that he won’t pay a penny. Don’t go this dealership, they are liars and they would easily endanger your life. They choose the technician for your and even if he is bad … you are stuck with that technician for life. Another thing, they don’t fix the real problem, instead they push you service like brake fluid flush?! More

I only had the car for a couple of months and i baby it like you cant imagine, so when I brought it in to the bodyshop, I expected the worst! I had Raul greet me first, very friendly gentleman, I explained what happened, He was very understanding and made sure he would fix it to my liking, afterwards he introduced me to his painter, Angelo Kourelis, also very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the process of repair, very thorough , and to my surprise, no paint was needed! I feel they couldve easily sold me a "paint job" without me knowing, I went in there clueless but came out very informed, I have Woodfield Nissan to thank for hiring such honest, friendly, knowledgeable people, without them, i feel i wouldve become another sucker, thank you for your excellent work and service!! The sales manager and the 2 guys I talked to in service (The manager and the mechanic) expl doesnt need work yet but I'm nosey with everything I buy. The sales manager and the 2 guys I talked to in service (The manager and the mechanic) explained alot of things I was curious about without seeming phony. It was just a cool place overall. More
I currently drive a 2007 Altima. One day I noticed that there was a squeaking noise coming from my brakes. I decided that I was going to bring it in to get it check out. I brought it to the dealer i boug there was a squeaking noise coming from my brakes. I decided that I was going to bring it in to get it check out. I brought it to the dealer i bought it from, Arlington Nissan, and they proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Well I wasn't happy with that answer, so I brought my vehicle to Woodfield Nissan for a second opinion and dealt with a gentleman named Pauly. I explained to him the problem I was having with my car and that I was really upset about it. He assured me that they would figure out the problem, and he did. The service I received was excellent. Everyone there was very freindly and they seemed very knowledgable. I know that from now on I will never have my car service anywhere other than Woodfield Nissan. Keep up the good work! More
Woodfield Nissan has been consistently underperforming (significantly) in customer service and quality of repairs in the last 3 years or more. I have been their customer since 2002 and have been extre (significantly) in customer service and quality of repairs in the last 3 years or more. I have been their customer since 2002 and have been extremely satisfied with them for the first couple of years. Then it all changed; the personnel became rude, inattentive to service concerns, and arrogant (including manager(s)). The quality of repairs declined substantially. Here are some hard facts: *I had my alternator changed, and when i got the car back the radiator hoses were not attached, the radiator mounting bolts were missing (i drobve the car like this for about a week)?? When complained they said that they could not verify what I was saying... *They always spill oil all over the engine at each oil change... *I had my car left for minor body work ( scratch on the door and fender)and asked for a quote to repair the damage. The price i was given was ok, so i asked the person who hit me to reimburse me for this amount (650 0r so), and left the car for repairs. Some time later i got a call to get my car and for my astonishment the damage was not repaired. I asked the service rep. why so and he directed me to the body shop technician for more answers. The body shop person literally cursed at me and asked me if i was "crazy" to expect any repairs for "only" 650. I was told that for this amount what they do is to polish the damage and put a clear coat on. The manager second the body shop guy and stood behind his uncalled for arrogance. I was told that the service procedure was explained in the invoice ant that is what i paid for. I still am trying to figure out who put this moron for a manager... I tried to explain that i asked for a quote to repair the damage and that if they suggested that the invoice described steps would be what is necessary to fix the problem that is what i paid for. Also i explained to the moronic manager that the money would have not been an issue before i got my reimbursement. However i was sent away with buffed up car for $650.00. *And the latest arrogance was when i was denied a PREPAID oil change, because my PREPAID oil changes have expired... WOW ... This is a first ... I would not recommend their services for the reasons listed above. Also those incidents, which i described seem to be the norm and not some occassional misshap. The car i service with them is Nissan Sentra 2002. More
The only good thing about this dealership is the 10 oil change package deal, it comes with a 20% discount for parts. It comes in handy with some of the major services. Other than that they rip you off on i change package deal, it comes with a 20% discount for parts. It comes in handy with some of the major services. Other than that they rip you off on items that should be replaced as part of the service. I went there for a 30k maintenance, they forgot to top off the fluids and the air filter was the same. They charged me for a new wiper without giving me a new wiper. When I asked them about it the mechanic said that the after market wipers do not accept the new wiper fillers. After my 10th oil change, I did not renew. More
