Of course manager didn't go with me to see the tester light because i'm almost sure he knew they didn't change the fluid, after that they did it again but now i was watching them to make sure they change it, after they change it the light come green, so do you know what i mean, be very careful with them because they charge you a lot of money and don't do the job.I will never go again to this dealer mechanic. Don't waste your time. I've been a customer for 4 years. I recently had some service done and my vehicle was damaged. The service manager Mike was kind enough to write it in I've been a customer for 4 years. I recently had some service done and my vehicle was damaged. The service manager Mike was kind enough to write it into the ticket to say it was damaged. Unfortunately, I won't be returning anytime soon. Every time I do business with them there is a problme. Bought a new car, and the warranty salesmen tried to slip in a "Rim Protection" package. That was a real insult. Had service for a recall done and they told me I'd need a rental car. Got the rental car and within seconds, they called saying the service was done! What a waste of my time. I believe this dalership has some real problems that no one is willing to see or deal with. You will be on the hook for their mistakes. Understand this, Woodfield Nissian just wants your money. Once they have it. You don't matter anymore. FIND A LOCAL MECHANIC YOU TRUST. Norwood Auto service is great, ask for Dave! You've been warned. Prepair for trouble if your going to Woodfield Nissian!!! More

The first time I needed some per I purchased a new 2016 vehicle and had a very good experience through the sales process. It was efficient and easy. The first time I needed some perspective on service has been a different story. My vehicle is having an issue with window tinting and it seems no one can help. Service has pointed me to sales, sales pointed after market sales, to used car management, to internet sales, to the General Manager. Bottom line, I have a rear window with window tinting bubbling on a car covered my warranty and I have gotten no where. Frustrating for sure... More
Woodfield Nissan Lori Smith went above and beyond to solve my issue. She is a winner. Both Lorie and Mike in Service are what will keep me coming back. I bought my first Nissan 4 years ago and have been taking my car to Woodfield Nissan for my service ever since. Every employee I have dealt with has been knowledgeable and courteous. Appointments are always on time and my service is completed quickly. Jose Rodriguez has always been extremely professional and courteous. I am unfamiliar with the workings of my vehicle and Jose has answered all of my questions thoroughly and with patience. More
The service is a disappointment/ stay away I have always went there for my maintenance due to I brought my car from them. I have spoke highly of this place because they have done great work in the past. Lately, they have provided horrible service. I recently came for an oil change, they did not top off my fluids, forgot to put the cap back on my tires, inside of my car- dirt all on my seats. Yet they tell me I needed brakes and other stuff done, but never mention about I need new windshield wipers. I knew I need some new ones very bad, but they said it was fine. I wish I can show pictures. This place have lost my trust, and the sad part is I really love Nissan. More

They said it had to go through a safety inspection. Picked it up next day and it was making a noise from the front end. They said the tires needed balancing. Picked it up again and the noise was still there. Now they said it needed wheel bearings. They replaced them and called us and said it needed new tires. I asked them why this stuff wasn't noticed at the safety inspection and Larry Laino said they must of missed it. Not once, not twice, but missed 3 times. I knew the car needed 2 tires in the rear but now they said we needed all new tires for the noise to go away. I asked them to put 2 on for their errors and I would buy the other 2. Larry then began yelling and then abruptly hung up on me. I thougt how rude. He is a very arrogant individual and feels he is always right. Well he was wrong in this case and I had to go above him to get things solved. After some negotiating with the GM David Salomon we finally got the car back. He gave us a slight break on the tires (we bought all 4) and he threw in an alignment. The original salesman Juan Maya was very helpful and a straight shooter. If you go there I would highly recommend him. If you go there to purchase a car I would not deal with LARRY LAINO! GOOD LUCK. More
Bait and Switch Bait and switch. That's the best way to describe this place. Brought our Nissan in to have them clear the error codes on the dash display. A Nissan Bait and switch. That's the best way to describe this place. Brought our Nissan in to have them clear the error codes on the dash display. A Nissan problem caused by the configuration of the computer in the vehicle. The dealership is the only place you can have this done. They literally plug into your car's computer using the existing plug, hit a button on their machine, and the screen is cleared. They told us as much and said it shouldn't cost anything. We gave them the keys and they did what they said they were going to do in a couple of minutes and came back in and told us we just need to pay $130. We were told it wouldn't cost anything. Oh, they said, we had to take a look at the vehicle to make sure their wasn't anything wrong with it. We said, we provided you with the report that said there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle and all we needed was to have the dash display errors cleared. Oh well that's not how we do things. It's $130. We had no choice but to pay so we could get the car back. Then, they send us a survey email asking how our experience was, so we called and talked to Roy Carr. We explained to him what happened and even said we'd understand if we were told it was going to cost something. Here's how the conversation went: Roy: "You should have asked how much it would cost." Us: "We did. We were told it wouldn't cost anything." Roy: "I don't believe that. We would never say that. We work on 125 cars per day. Do you really think we'd do work for free? How are we supposed to keep the lights on here?" We ended the call at that point. If you have to come to a dealership to have your car worked on, avoid this one. More
Worst service experience ever I did not buy my car at Woodfield Nissan as the internet sales rep lied on the phone about everything. But I thought the service dept would be ok, but I did not buy my car at Woodfield Nissan as the internet sales rep lied on the phone about everything. But I thought the service dept would be ok, but I was wrong. A $100, two hour repair turned into a one month and $2000 fiasco. The technicians are incompetent and throw parts at the problem until something finally fixes it. They lie about everything and when you call they never answer, but will take a message and never call back. I have never been treated so badly as a customer, all the way from the Service Advisor Mike, to the Service Manager Marcel, to the Operations Director Roy. I never write reviews but this was so bad, I just had to write this one. More
