Biggest Bluffers and playing games I visited 3 times and deal was made for SUV with all features.. But I did wanted to take delivery on an auspicious day so I asked them I will take the I visited 3 times and deal was made for SUV with all features.. But I did wanted to take delivery on an auspicious day so I asked them I will take the delivery after 3 days. When I went into take the delivery they were trying to give me Base model. I did argue and tried to make them understand but the manager and the rep told me we never told you about the SUV model with all features.. I took day off from my work and I had to take a rental from indiana as I work there at Fort Wayne. I did loose my half day pay, loose rental money and also asked my wife to stay home as she works in evening.. So all to gather we lost almost $700 which got wasted.. Rep also turned down his words and lied. I am highly disappointed and never recommend anyone to even visit this Dealer. A Big NO... Never Ever go this Dealer and waste your precious time money and get fooled ! More

Great service. Helpful sales staff I purchased a car from them in 2002 and again in 2017. In both cases, Schaumburg Nissan was excellent. Phil Panzarella asked what we were looking for and directed us to the cars that fit our needs. We were able to pick out a car, test drive it and start the purchasing process in about 45 minutes. Phil was nice enough to set up the bluetooth and walk my daughter through the functions on the car. Shoutout to Anthony Miceli and Paul Ketz who were also very helpful. The finance guy was great to but I don't have a card with his name, unfortunately. Easily 5 stars!!!! More

Horrible Experince Horrible... I was told that the car would be waiting for me when I arrived at the dealer. No one knew where the car was... Once car was found and I de Horrible... I was told that the car would be waiting for me when I arrived at the dealer. No one knew where the car was... Once car was found and I decided on a different car I was not told about the hidden add on for Vehicle Identification number etch. I did not know about this until I signed the papers. The vehicle was not clean at time of delivery, sticker still on the rim, all tires had factory marks , plastic under floor mats, wheel wells dirty, door jams dirty etc. NO ONE WENT OVER THE CAR IN DETAIL WITH ME... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I will say that Kim K. internet sales was exceptional. She was very responsive and helpful . She is why I went to this Nissan dealer. More

Buying a car made easy and stress free From the moment that I stepped out of my car with my wife and 3yr., 5yr. children the dealership employees made sure we were all attended to. The anxiety can really kick in when the dealership sales people swarm you, BUT that was not the case here. Our salesman Brent Alexander was top notch and from my past purchases of four vehicles from different dealerships he is only the second salesperson that I have said this about. Even better it did not stop there, the customer relations manager, sales manger, and finance manger, were all over the top courteous, kind, helpful, and made the entire processes fast and easy. More
