Went in to look at a used Murano. Went with a friend and she was interested in a used RX 330. When it came to pricing John said he would ask his manager to come down in price "if we were serious" (why woul she was interested in a used RX 330. When it came to pricing John said he would ask his manager to come down in price "if we were serious" (why would I go out in winter, in rain and ice if I wasn't serious?) and he came back with a low-ball for my friend's trade-in and a small discount on the Lexus and no discount on the Murano, even though the leather seats were scratched and they had 20 of them on the lot from leases coming due. He could have sold us two cars within an hour (neither of us needed financing) but because he refused to be helpful, treated us like idiots we both walked away. I would never go to this dealership again. More
I called up Woodfield and inquired about a car they had for sale. It was cheaper than I normally see cars of this kind so I thought i'd go check it out and see what's up. Well, I first call up and talk to for sale. It was cheaper than I normally see cars of this kind so I thought i'd go check it out and see what's up. Well, I first call up and talk to Rossendo. He couldn't answer one question I had so he said he would call me back. Well, never got a call back that day. I call back the next day and ask for Rossendo and what do you know, he's not in today. Well, I ask this next guy, Joe I believe his name was about the car. He tells me instantly the car was sold the day before! Why no call from rossendo!! Then the day following the day when I talked to Joe, Rossendo sends me an email that asks when I will be comming to look at it and it's still available? Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! AND!! Most importantly!! I bought carfax, looked up the car, and it had a SALVAGE/Total loss branded title!! What a classy dealership...watch out for this one guys... More
Went in to buy a used car, and Ray said they couldn't move on the price. Fine. When I wouldn't buy the car for FULL PRICE, the manager came over and suggested I buy the car instantly because they had " move on the price. Fine. When I wouldn't buy the car for FULL PRICE, the manager came over and suggested I buy the car instantly because they had "priced it wrong" and the price was supposed to be $2,000 higher. He said the price was going up the next morning. I called xx and walked out. I checked a couple days later and guess what, the price hadn't moved. Classic car salesmen. Enjoy your spot in xxxx. More
Woodfield Nissan has been consistently underperforming (significantly) in customer service and quality of repairs in the last 3 years or more. I have been their customer since 2002 and have been extre (significantly) in customer service and quality of repairs in the last 3 years or more. I have been their customer since 2002 and have been extremely satisfied with them for the first couple of years. Then it all changed; the personnel became rude, inattentive to service concerns, and arrogant (including manager(s)). The quality of repairs declined substantially. Here are some hard facts: *I had my alternator changed, and when i got the car back the radiator hoses were not attached, the radiator mounting bolts were missing (i drobve the car like this for about a week)?? When complained they said that they could not verify what I was saying... *They always spill oil all over the engine at each oil change... *I had my car left for minor body work ( scratch on the door and fender)and asked for a quote to repair the damage. The price i was given was ok, so i asked the person who hit me to reimburse me for this amount (650 0r so), and left the car for repairs. Some time later i got a call to get my car and for my astonishment the damage was not repaired. I asked the service rep. why so and he directed me to the body shop technician for more answers. The body shop person literally cursed at me and asked me if i was "crazy" to expect any repairs for "only" 650. I was told that for this amount what they do is to polish the damage and put a clear coat on. The manager second the body shop guy and stood behind his uncalled for arrogance. I was told that the service procedure was explained in the invoice ant that is what i paid for. I still am trying to figure out who put this moron for a manager... I tried to explain that i asked for a quote to repair the damage and that if they suggested that the invoice described steps would be what is necessary to fix the problem that is what i paid for. Also i explained to the moronic manager that the money would have not been an issue before i got my reimbursement. However i was sent away with buffed up car for $650.00. *And the latest arrogance was when i was denied a PREPAID oil change, because my PREPAID oil changes have expired... WOW ... This is a first ... I would not recommend their services for the reasons listed above. Also those incidents, which i described seem to be the norm and not some occassional misshap. The car i service with them is Nissan Sentra 2002. More

The only good thing about this dealership is the 10 oil change package deal, it comes with a 20% discount for parts. It comes in handy with some of the major services. Other than that they rip you off on i change package deal, it comes with a 20% discount for parts. It comes in handy with some of the major services. Other than that they rip you off on items that should be replaced as part of the service. I went there for a 30k maintenance, they forgot to top off the fluids and the air filter was the same. They charged me for a new wiper without giving me a new wiper. When I asked them about it the mechanic said that the after market wipers do not accept the new wiper fillers. After my 10th oil change, I did not renew. More
