My son and I came in to look around for a first car for my son who just graduated from college. Our first encounter was with Renan who from the first handshake was not only personable, knowledgeable and p my son who just graduated from college. Our first encounter was with Renan who from the first handshake was not only personable, knowledgeable and polite but most importantly treated my son and I with great respect and sincerity. We told him from the get go his financial status, money down available and payment requirements and was led to the Nissan Sentra SE model. There were two that my son was interested in. Once we confirmed what he liked we were then introduced to Abraham Razick who, like Renan was very professional yet personable and listened to all of our concerns. Since my son was a recent college grad, had really no credit history and needed to buy this on his own we were very concerned. The deal the Nissan had for newly college graduates, his potential of earnings on his newly acquired job and the amount of his down payment made it something was attainable. I must say that if it was not for Renan, Abraham and the finance manager looking at the entire situation this may have not had a happy outcome. As of tonight my son drove out of the dealership with his first car, attained on his own, thanks to the team spirit of the professionals at Woodfield Nissan. We will be back for my husband and my next car and will be recommending the dealership, but, especially these particular gentlemen to all of our friends and family. Jerry Russo killed the deal. Our salesman worked very hard and was great but finance said that with our credit we could not get traditional financing and he did not get paid based on whether we financed hard and was great but finance said that with our credit we could not get traditional financing and he did not get paid based on whether we financed or not so he really had nothing to gain by selling us financing with compound interest. We walked out of the dealership and went to Patrick Autogroup and were treated kindly and given simple interest at a good rate. I would not recommend this dealership to an enemy, it was a demeaning expereince. More

My husband and I talked with Jack the sales man over the phone on a saturday morning about a minivan they had for sale. The van was a good deal so we traveled about 300 miles from michigan to pick it up on phone on a saturday morning about a minivan they had for sale. The van was a good deal so we traveled about 300 miles from michigan to pick it up on Monday morning. Jack gave a verbal agreement that he would hold the van and see us Monday morning. Well My husband and I got to the dealership Monday morning and the van was sold Saturday afternnon. Jack never called us to tell us not to drive 300 miles for nothing. My husband talked to Jose Ramirez the manager and he really did not care about the inconvience we went though, in fact he just kind of laughed and said that sucks. We then talked to the general manager Roman and the same response was given by him. Not to mention when we walked into the dealership all the employees were siting around doing nothing, they were rude and arrogent. To top it all off when we were waiting for somwone to aknowledge us the cops were called because another customer was getting screwed for service on a vechicle he purchsed, they did nothing but laugh at the man. The man went irrate so they called the cops, thats there way of dealing with customers who deserve a little respect. This is the worst dealership in the world never go to them! More
Went in to look at a used Murano. Went with a friend and she was interested in a used RX 330. When it came to pricing John said he would ask his manager to come down in price "if we were serious" (why woul she was interested in a used RX 330. When it came to pricing John said he would ask his manager to come down in price "if we were serious" (why would I go out in winter, in rain and ice if I wasn't serious?) and he came back with a low-ball for my friend's trade-in and a small discount on the Lexus and no discount on the Murano, even though the leather seats were scratched and they had 20 of them on the lot from leases coming due. He could have sold us two cars within an hour (neither of us needed financing) but because he refused to be helpful, treated us like idiots we both walked away. I would never go to this dealership again. More
I called up Woodfield and inquired about a car they had for sale. It was cheaper than I normally see cars of this kind so I thought i'd go check it out and see what's up. He couldn't answer one question I had so he said he would call me back. Well, never got a call back that day. I call back the next day and ask for Rossendo and what do you know, he's not in today. Well, I ask this next guy, Joe I believe his name was about the car. He tells me instantly the car was sold the day before! Why no call from rossendo!! Then the day following the day when I talked to Joe, Rossendo sends me an email that asks when I will be comming to look at it and it's still available? Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! AND!! Most importantly!! I bought carfax, looked up the car, and it had a SALVAGE/Total loss branded title!! What a classy dealership...watch out for this one guys... More
Went in to buy a used car, and Ray said they couldn't move on the price. Fine. When I wouldn't buy the car for FULL PRICE, the manager came over and suggested I buy the car instantly because they had " move on the price. Fine. He said the price was going up the next morning. I called xx and walked out. I checked a couple days later and guess what, the price hadn't moved. Classic car salesmen. Enjoy your spot in xxxx. More
