i wa referred to woodfield nissan by a co-worker that had bought several vehicles over the years from there agency.i called and spoke with a salesman named ali shahebi.i was looking for a very difficult car bought several vehicles over the years from there agency.i called and spoke with a salesman named ali shahebi.i was looking for a very difficult car to find.i wanted to purchase 2008 maxima sl in pearl white with tan leather interior with sunrook and navigation with under 10k miles.ali did not have one but said he could get one within 10-14 days.in the mean time i was surfing the net looking for my car,some were close but not exactlly what i was looking for.ali,who was just fantastic,called and stated there was a nissan sale with "brass hat"cars that was in two days.long story short,perfect car great price and ali was fantastic.the reason i'm letting people know of my experience is that it seems like people just speak of unpleasant experiences and not the ones were people go way out of there way to make someone happy.would recommend ali and woodfield nissan to all my family and friends.this comes from someone who deals with customer service issues on a daily basis More

This was my first experience car shopping and I went everywhere trying to find what I wanted in a car and also looking for the best deal. I talked to many sales people but never felt as comfortable as I did when I was at Woodfield Nissan. My sales consultant was Renan Simon and from the first moment we walked on the lot he was very helpful in trying to figure out the type of car I wanted and could afford. He was knowledgeable and if he wasn’t sure about a question I had he would find me the answers not just tell me whatever it took to sell the car. He was also considerate and made me feel less nervous buying my first car. My sales manager was Abraham Razick who was also very helpful and you could tell he actually cared about me as a person not just as a potential car buyer. After looking at a few more dealerships (Ford, Acura, Infiniti, Honda) I immediately came back to Nissan to purchase a 2009 Nissan Sentra SR. They made me feel very comfortable at Nissan more so then any other place I went to, everywhere else I felt like a piece of meat to the sales people. I want to thank Renan and Abraham for being courteous, helpful, considerate, and genuine. Thanks to them I love my new car and I’m extremely excited about my purchase! More
Their word is no good. High pressure sales. Make promises they can't keep. No communication between sales and management. They promised to make arrangements for an out of state buyer time to sign the needed they can't keep. No communication between sales and management. They promised to make arrangements for an out of state buyer time to sign the needed paperwork but when it took over a week they closed the deal with another lender and didn't even have the courtesy to contact me. The salesman called to get the trade in bank acct number so they could get the trade in put in their name and at no time during that conversation did the dealer ever mention they were moving to force the closing with their own choice bank. This is bad business and probably why they have such a low rating. More
We went into facility to purchase a new car. The service we received was impressive. The staff met our needs & expectations. My son and I came in to look around for a first car for my son who just graduated from college. Our first encounter was with Renan who from the first handshake was not only personable, knowledgeable and p my son who just graduated from college. Our first encounter was with Renan who from the first handshake was not only personable, knowledgeable and polite but most importantly treated my son and I with great respect and sincerity. We told him from the get go his financial status, money down available and payment requirements and was led to the Nissan Sentra SE model. There were two that my son was interested in. Once we confirmed what he liked we were then introduced to Abraham Razick who, like Renan was very professional yet personable and listened to all of our concerns. Since my son was a recent college grad, had really no credit history and needed to buy this on his own we were very concerned. The deal the Nissan had for newly college graduates, his potential of earnings on his newly acquired job and the amount of his down payment made it something was attainable. I must say that if it was not for Renan, Abraham and the finance manager looking at the entire situation this may have not had a happy outcome. As of tonight my son drove out of the dealership with his first car, attained on his own, thanks to the team spirit of the professionals at Woodfield Nissan. We will be back for my husband and my next car and will be recommending the dealership, but, especially these particular gentlemen to all of our friends and family. Jerry Russo killed the deal. Our salesman worked very hard and was great but finance said that with our credit we could not get traditional financing and he did not get paid based on whether we financed hard and was great but finance said that with our credit we could not get traditional financing and he did not get paid based on whether we financed or not so he really had nothing to gain by selling us financing with compound interest. We walked out of the dealership and went to Patrick Autogroup and were treated kindly and given simple interest at a good rate. I would not recommend this dealership to an enemy, it was a demeaning expereince. More
