They added $2000 security plus coverage to my loan after I left this dealer. When I went to question them about that they told me to come back on next Monday because I don't have appointment to meet a finan I left this dealer. When I showed up on Monday (two days later) they produced a document that said I signed up for extended coverage. Yeah right. I never bought an extended warranty all my life now suddenly I am a sucker? I told them I don't need it and wanted it cancel. So I signed the cancellation form and they told me they will mail it in to Nissan-1. A month later I called Nissan-1 to check and told my this dealer never sent it in. I should have known better that I was dealing with bunch of criminals. So I called them up to see if they can give me a confirmation that they did send it in or not. They told me call them when the finance guy is in. It's been like this every week for the last month. Nissan-1 won't cancel because they were waiting for a cancellation from this criminal joint. This criminal joint/dealer won't send it in because they want to keep the commission even though they are feeding their kids with money earned the unethical way. I had enough with these criminals. Nissan-1 is pretty much the same as their dealers. They are in this together to con and cheat every customer. Dealing with these criminals will wear anyone out. If you are planning to buy a car from them you better think long and hard. I am contacting BBB to deal with them. I am writing to Chicago Tribune's What's Your Problem to have them publish my predicament to the world to find out. More
I currently drive a 2007 Altima. One day I noticed that there was a squeaking noise coming from my brakes. I decided that I was going to bring it in to get it check out. I brought it to the dealer i bought it from, Arlington Nissan, and they proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Well I wasn't happy with that answer, so I brought my vehicle to Woodfield Nissan for a second opinion and dealt with a gentleman named Pauly. I explained to him the problem I was having with my car and that I was really upset about it. He assured me that they would figure out the problem, and he did. The service I received was excellent. Everyone there was very freindly and they seemed very knowledgable. I know that from now on I will never have my car service anywhere other than Woodfield Nissan. Keep up the good work! More

This dealer used dishonest sales practices and very tricky with the paper work. I bought a brand new 09 Nissan Versa and somehow they slipped in the extended warranty into the sales. So please be very careful if you do any business with this dealer, make sure you check ALL the paper work!!! More
I went there with my wife and my 5 year old daughter , and the first thing we loved about Woodfield nissan was the show room and the clean and beautifull cars that they had in there . Then my daughter asked (Dan) the used car manager if she could check out a 1968 chevy camaro that they have in the show room and he personally opened the car for my daugther , then he gave us top money for our trade and helped my wife find the truck that she wanted to buy . It was a pearl white murano S awd , since we are spanish him (Dan) and the sales man were trying really hard to speak spanish to us. Then we went in to the finance office and talk to Jerry Russo who gave us an excellent deal for 5 years on the loan, our payments were a lot lower than what we expected . We walked out of there very happy and we wiil go back there with our friends and family , why waist time somewhere else ? This guys are great .... Thank you guys very much ... After a few minutes a began to ask questions about a few cars . more like the nissan sentra in compareson to others . they of coarse showed all good things but surprisingly also stated the bad things . which made me feel more in cofidence with them . knowing that he is telling the truth for a change . when i was ready to proced with the purchase . I got a car back in May 5th and after nearly 2 months there is no indication of any paper work for the title sent to the Secretary of State from WoodField Nissan. They said that it is illegal to sell a car without the title ( especially that I paid cash in full ). State Police wants me to file a claim which I am doing right now with all the paperwork.. What WoodField Nissan did is so unproffessional and you will find this review at every possible web-site about Woodfield Nissan Dealer. The car was told to be a one-owner car which turned out to have 2 previous owners. They sold the car without the floormats, Their so-called 100 point inspection couldnt find that the car is missing oil. Eventhough there is no oil leak, the lamp came up the next day saying that the oil level is very low. Two of the tires were losing air slowly which I had to have it fixed.. The traction control does not work and lamp keeps coming up. Eventhough I was not financing, the purchase at the Finance Manager Dennis Reilly's office took 2 hours. After two months and many unanswered phone calls to Peggy ( Title Person ) I am finally told that it may take another 3-4 weeks which no one guarantees. More

If you asked me would I recommend them, I would have to say most certainly, I would very much recommend Ron he doesn't pressure you he works with you which is a BIG difference as we all know. More
