I went there to buy a car and they acted like I was asking the world of them. All I wanted to know was what my interest rate would be. They ran my credit they had all my information but the second I a asking the world of them. All I wanted to know was what my interest rate would be. They ran my credit they had all my information but the second I asked them one thing, they would not answer my questions. More
Absolutely horrible experience. Tried to buy a nissan maxima and they were absolute bullies and could not even present the car info cohesively. They know nothing about their cars either. Go somewhere els maxima and they were absolute bullies and could not even present the car info cohesively. They know nothing about their cars either. Go somewhere else!! We ended up going to Continental Nissan and had a much better experience and purchased the car! More

An E-Mail response from the dealer gave me a great price on the Rogue. The E-Mail said "All incentives and rebates applied", but once I got there they said "well you have to qualify for the incentives and r on the Rogue. The E-Mail said "All incentives and rebates applied", but once I got there they said "well you have to qualify for the incentives and rebates first ie; "you aren't trading in a Chrysler so subtract $1,000.00" The list was 4 items long that I didn't qualify for so the price went up $3,000. No where on their E-Mail did it say I had to qualify for anything. We re-negotiated and agreed on a price. The salesman after speaking to his manager about closing the dealer came to us with his manager telling me so sorry we sold this car to a couple paying cash. I told him we were going to pay cash too. The Manager named Mark said they would locate another car and call me the next day at 5PM and promised to honor the price we just negotiated. They never called. I wasted several hours with this dealership and their advertising was false. More

I only had the car for a couple of months and i baby it like you cant imagine, so when I brought it in to the bodyshop, I expected the worst! I had Raul greet me first, very friendly gentleman, I explained what happened, He was very understanding and made sure he would fix it to my liking, afterwards he introduced me to his painter, Angelo Kourelis, also very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the process of repair, very thorough , and to my surprise, no paint was needed! I feel they couldve easily sold me a "paint job" without me knowing, I went in there clueless but came out very informed, I have Woodfield Nissan to thank for hiring such honest, friendly, knowledgeable people, without them, i feel i wouldve become another sucker, thank you for your excellent work and service!! Steer far away from this dealership! Nice salespeople until you learn of their sneaky underhanded paperwork and pricing. Had I known how disgusting their practices are, I would have gone to any other d until you learn of their sneaky underhanded paperwork and pricing. Had I known how disgusting their practices are, I would have gone to any other dealership, even if I had to pay more, just so I wouldn't have to deal this type of business. Beware! More
I just purchase a used 2009 Nissan Altima from this dealership. In doing so, I negotiated a good price and interest rate of 3.9% as I was doing a trade-in. Now keep in mind that once a price and intere dealership. In doing so, I negotiated a good price and interest rate of 3.9% as I was doing a trade-in. Now keep in mind that once a price and interest rate is negotiated it should show up on the paperwork. Instead, the Finance Manager by the name of JERRY, rushed me and changed my interest rate to a 7.4%. Two weeks later, I noticed that my inteterest rate is 7.4% and I returned to Woodfield Nissan to speak with another Finance Manager, at which time I was told that nothing can be done once the loan is finalized. This is the thing with dealerships, especially WOODFIELD NISSAN, they are con-artists! They try to screw you over and make money every step of the way. I must say I am more then pissed off with this experience and now have to refinance through my own bank because I was mistreated and falsely represented by FM Jerry. I don't recommend going to this dealership for anyone and if you are make sure to read over your contract so this does not happen to you. Also don't let these crooks rush you through the paperwork because once that signature appears on that contract, that's it. It's unbelievable that in this economy, you still have cold-hearted people that would like to take your money and and have you go through the hassle of refinancing elsewhere. I would never purchase another vehicle from these people because that is what they do, you go in with the initiative to buy a car and you walk out with with a higher loan amount as the idiot that did your loan, walks home happy that he just conned you into more money. DON'T BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I shopped around for the best deal and went to several nissan dealers. When I went to Woodfield Nissan, they gave me the deal that I wanted right away with no games. Other Nissan stores seemed to give m nissan dealers. When I went to Woodfield Nissan, they gave me the deal that I wanted right away with no games. Other Nissan stores seemed to give me the run around about getting the best deal or they had what they called ad cars that were painted or damaged, thats why they were priced where they were. Simply put, i got the same deal at Woodfield Nissan and i didint have to buy what those other dealers called an ad car. Also thier facility was far superior to the other dealers. If you want to buy a Nissan i would reccomend this place. More
