I was referred to Woodfield Nissan by a friend. I didn't even take a look at dealerrater.com prior to going to this dealership. My expereience was great as Mr. Anthony Micelli (General Sales Manager) consu even take a look at dealerrater.com prior to going to this dealership. My expereience was great as Mr. Anthony Micelli (General Sales Manager) consulted with me regarding the right car that fits within my budget and worked with me very diligently to give me the best deal possible. It actually took the anxiety away from buying a new car. Even though there are many negative comments regarding this dealership from the past, in my opinion it has changed for the better. Mr. Micelli is making sure of that. I would highly recommend Woodfield Nissan. To add some humor to this story...I actually ran into my snow blower in my garage five days after I purchased my new Nissan Altima which caused an eight inch scratch on my right fender. Even though it was my fault Mr. Micelli was very understanding and made arrangements right away for the service department to fix the scratch at a fair price so my car looks new again. Give Woodfield Nissan a try. You will be pleasantly surprised. More
Woodfield Nissan is a great dealership. They provided a cordial car-buying experience to me. They were very easy to work with and very knowledgable. They 'snuck' a warranty into our paperwork that raised our payment. It's been four months of runaround and still the warranty is not cancelled. They also fudged and gave my wife's ssn to Nissan instead of our payment. It's been four months of runaround and still the warranty is not cancelled. They also fudged and gave my wife's ssn to Nissan instead of mine creating more problems and delays. If you're looking for an honest dealer that you can trust - this is NOT it. Plus, they charge top dollar - no deals to be had here. More
STAY AWAY. Went in looking for the ad car, base STAY AWAY. Went in looking for the ad car, base Altima. Had done a lot of research. After having Ronnie look me (almost) in the eye and say "we wil STAY AWAY. Went in looking for the ad car, base Altima. Had done a lot of research. After having Ronnie look me (almost) in the eye and say "we will get the manager in here and give you a final price, we won't play any games", they tried to pull every single game in the playbook. Purposely making me wait for no reason, 5 times in a row for an hour. For a manager who didn't exist. Tried to show me upgraded car, already said I wanted base model. Real manager Mark pulls tricks on extra costs, freight (which was not in the ad), extra sales tax (which is illegal), trim package (non-existent), nitrogen (not needed), vin etching (stupid), then "forgets" to deduct the rebate in the quoted price, itemizes items but happens to forget the itemized list when giving me the bloated total. And then is unwilling to quote a price on the same car if ordered in a different color. Places like this are what give car dealers a bad reputation. STAY AWAY. More
Giovanni was an excellent salesman. Things went wrong in the "box". The finance guy really did not know his stuff and tried hard to rush us to sign everything, numbers were not as we thought.....Just an ove the "box". The finance guy really did not know his stuff and tried hard to rush us to sign everything, numbers were not as we thought.....Just an overall con job. To top it off, all the paperwork we were being pressured to sign had purchasers name spelled incorrectly. But, no matter, sign it anyway. Had to take a shower after my time in the box. Just go elsewhere. More
I had to go in because, the wheel bearing was damaged and had to be replaced. Upon replacing, the steering wheel started vibrating. Had to go in for that. They said the wheel balance had to be done. Did that had to be replaced. Upon replacing, the steering wheel started vibrating. Had to go in for that. They said the wheel balance had to be done. Did that. Did not work. They now wanted be to get the wheel alignment done. Did that. Took me on a test drive to show that there was no more vibration. The minute I got into to drive, I could feel the wheel vibrating. I am sick and tired of paying for the never ending services. I even had them run a complete inspection. On my way back, the windshield wiper pump does not work, which was operational before I last went in. I totally suspect foul play and feel like they are taking me for a ride. This is it. I am finding another service. More

Over the last year service has gone from average to unbearable. The following are the reason I am never going to buy Nissan again. Last year I changed the oxygen sensor on my Altima and car started sha unbearable. The following are the reason I am never going to buy Nissan again. Last year I changed the oxygen sensor on my Altima and car started shaking. When I went back I was told that nothing was wrong, then couple of months later my car didn’t pass the emission control. I came back to service department and they took car in for 2 hours, and came back saying there was nothing wrong. Magically, the next day my car passed the emission control ... and my car stopped shaking. So, I forgave them as long as they fixed the problem. A couple of months ago my brakes started pulsating, so the rotors were cut. However, the vibration continued, so drums were cut too, but never tightened up so my car could barely stop. I came back for the third time and they tightened the rear brakes. After that my brakes started making grinding noise before the car stopped. So I took it to the service depart on Saturday afternoon and Jay Brandt told me that the technician who did the work is not here and so no one else is going to check my brakes for free!!! And that I should come back next week. So, I pushed on him and he drove the car, looked at the brakes and told me that he heard the noise but this is 100% not the brakes and he is not sure what is the problem. He told me to leave the car for a couple days, but I didn’t trust him at this point. I took the car to Arlighton Nissan on Monday and they told me that drums were badly cut and above all the wheel (“slave”) cylinder was leaking for a long time. What kind of technician do they have at Woodfield Nissan that could not see the leaking cylinder and badly cut drums!!! So, I ended up replacing the cylinder, cutting the drums again and replacing the brake shoes. When I came to the service department asking for reimbursement for the expenses, service director Guy Di Leo yelled at me and told me that he won’t pay a penny. Don’t go this dealership, they are liars and they would easily endanger your life. They choose the technician for your and even if he is bad … you are stuck with that technician for life. Another thing, they don’t fix the real problem, instead they push you service like brake fluid flush?! More
I went into Woodfield after seeing one of Nissan's ads about 0% financing on almost all new models, just chose them out of the blue because they were nearby where I had to do some shopping at Woodfield Ma about 0% financing on almost all new models, just chose them out of the blue because they were nearby where I had to do some shopping at Woodfield Mall. I went in looking for a Versa, but after speaking with the salesman who greeted me, David, soon learned that the 0% on the Versa was only good for 36 months, but I could get it for 60 months on the Sentra! David knew his cars very well, and after learning how great the Sentra's gas mileage was, and with the 0% financing how affordable it was, I was sold. The whole process was smooth and easy. The wait to go into the Finance office was a little long, but it was a Saturday afternoon and they were busy, so I can't really gripe. Overall, a great experience. I wish they had better coffee though. Seriously bad stuff there. More
the dealership sold us a used car that died less than two weeks later from electrical work caused by the alternator they replaced, we were not told of any problems and refuse to help solve the problem and i weeks later from electrical work caused by the alternator they replaced, we were not told of any problems and refuse to help solve the problem and i have filed a report with the BBB and currently waiting to hear back from them. the sales managers have been rude and unhelpful, i brought up the BBB the used sales manager laughed and taunted me to call them, there have been 37 complaints filed against this dealership with the BBB alone, something needs to be done, im unable to get to my job interviews or continue my processing into the National Guard without a car, the dealership refuses to make this right or help in anyway and wanted $110 for a diagnostic test alone, not including the price to fix the car, be warned dont buy from Woodfield Nissan.
