The two gentlemen at Woodfield Nissan have been nothing but wonderful. They made my experience with Nissan a great one. They took the time and patience with me finding the right vehicle for me. I did not feel like I was forced into anything, I felt like they actually cared and wanted to make their customer happy. I will recommend Woodfield Nissan to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. I am so pleased with my new Nissan and it was a pleasure doing business with Nissan and I will remain a Nissan customer. More
Talked to Lori several times on the phone before we made the 1 hour drive to go look at 2 very specific models of new car. Arrived at the dealership and were told by a salesman and a manager that neither car was available, but that they could order us one or "make a great deal" on another car. Typical case of a very dishonest dealership. Wish I would have read other reviews before making the trip. Sounds like this is a very typical example of how they run their business. Talked to Lori, she assured me vehicle I wanted was available for advertised price. Told her I was victim of a supposed misprint from them before, she assured me the Armada I wanted was available at th available for advertised price. I talked to her for about 20 minutes, repeatedly asking about the truck, even giving her their stock number from their website. We had to arrange for someone to watch my youngest daughter, then drove 30 minutes to their dealership the next day. When we got there Lori assigned us a salesman, he hemmed and hawed, then qouted us a price that was $6,000 higher than the price Lori had confirmed the day before. When she finally came to talk to us, first she said we misunderstood her, when I pointed out that I had specifically asked about the vehicle in question, she then stated she was mis-informed about the sales promotion in the ad. When I asked her which vehicle was for sale at the discount in the ad, she named a vehicle that they didn't have in stock any longer. Her "Rock-Bottom" can't go any lower price, was higher than prices I've gotten from other dealers in the area. Monday I am calling the Ill state attorney general's office, Nissan customer relations, and the BBB. Stay away from this dealership. More
We put an offer on a car off of Ebay and it was accepted. Then my husband and I drove 3 hrs to go pick up the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership they showed us "our" car. It was a different vehicle ( Then my husband and I drove 3 hrs to go pick up the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership they showed us "our" car. It was a different vehicle (4 yrs older, different color, and 45000 miles more than the posted vehicle) and they kept telling us it was the one online. We told them it wasn't it and finally they checked the posting on Ebay. They said there must have been a misunderstanding or communication problem. The photos must have been accidently switched. The whole posting was correct on that vehicle except for the price. They said sorry but they had sold the car in the posting the day before. We then decided to look around the lot for something else. We found another vehicle, they told us the price and we counter-offered. They turned us down and told us there was no "wiggle room" on the price. We decided to leave and not buy anything from them. They had no compassion for our situation and they didn't want to help us. We wasted 6 hrs driving down there with our 2 yr old daughter. They are running a scam and beware before you waste your time going there. You will end up leaving frustrated and pissed off. More
This dealership does not honor it's service department's work. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer based on their service department thorough inspection of the vehicle. Two weeks after the purchase the vehicle was found to have major mechanical problems, including the engine and transmission. My extended warranty company determined all issues to be pre-existing that should have been uncovered during the inspection. I purchased the warranty for my own peace of mind, but not from Woodfield Nissan. So I had Woodfield perform a thorough inspection which they hesitated to do at first, but after the sales person realized that I would not purchase the vehicle without it, he then lied and said they did the inspection. However I asked for it in writing and then he said they had just did a once over visual and had nothing in writing. I therefore refused to purchase the vehicle. Still the sales guy kept calling me and finally agreed to do the inspection and put it in writing. They also suggested to me at the time of purchase that I should purchase their extended warranty because theirs covers all pre-existing conditions. Which makes me wonder if they knew the vehicle had problems all along. I know for a fact that no insurance/warranty company will cover pre-existing cost. Isn't this the debate in Washington right now. As of date this dealer has given me the run around and will not stand behind their work or even care about customer satisfaction. I find it odd that I haven't even received a call to fill out a customer experience survey. I guess they only contact those who they know will give them a good rating. More
I purchased a new car from Woodfiled Nissan and had a terrific experience. Mr. Miceli was friendly, outgoing, and I was able to get a new car at the price and payments I could afford. The process went very smoothly and I checked all the paper work before signing. I have recommended this dealership to many people and plan to purchase another car for my daughter there in the next few months. More
