Kevin serviced my new car with a full car treatment. He was very helpful and even had my insurance send over a copy of my insurance so that I could get to work. Bill was my salesman and he mad sure to be there that morning so that I could meet Kevin and to make sure that everything was good to go with no problems. I Trade in my 2009 Murano for a 2012 Altima on 10/18/2011. On 11/1/2011 I found out that Woodfield Nissan Never send the Payoff Check for my 2009 Murano and I was being charge my monthly payment o 10/18/2011. On 11/1/2011 I found out that Woodfield Nissan Never send the Payoff Check for my 2009 Murano and I was being charge my monthly payment on the Murano, which I no longer owned. They said I had to cancel the auto debit PYT but the sales man told me they were going to send the payoff check and will be automatically cancelled. This caused my account to go negative and I had to go talk to the Sales Manager Anthony F Miceli at Woodfield Nissan to get this resolved. I no longer trust Woodfield Nissan and will think twice before doing business with them again. I will share this experience with my friends and family and would NOT recommend this dealership. More
Ali was a pleasure to work with -- no hassle - no presure, but very helpful. I visited Woodfield Nissan to look at the new vehicles they have to offer. I have purchased two other vehicles from this dealership in past years and have had great experiences so far. My Nissan Murano lease was up and I could turn the car in and go to another dealership or lease another Nissan. In dealing with Mr. Micelli and Mr. Camaci (neither of whom I had met before)at Woodfield Niss and go to another dealership or lease another Nissan. In dealing with Mr. Micelli and Mr. Camaci (neither of whom I had met before)at Woodfield Nissan, I was able to quickly and easily conclude a new lease that was a great deal (in my opinion). They worked with me to understand my concerns, car needs, issues, and they just systematically ticked one thing off after another. They were eager for my business and it showed -- but not in the stereotypical "car salesman" manner, but rather, expressing appreciation for my history with Nissan, wanting to be sure I could find a product that I would enjoy and at a price that I would appreciate. This is my 5th car purchase/lease in the past 15 or so years, and this had to be one of the best if not the best experience that I've had. I've already told two friends, when they're ready for their next car, I'll take them to Woodfield Nissan! I left that the dealership that day with a smile and a new Murano, and I'm just loving it! I went to this dealership today. I knew what car I wanted, how much I wanted to pay and that I found a car I liked for the price I wanted at Enterprise Car Sales. This dealership likes 'the dance'... wanted, how much I wanted to pay and that I found a car I liked for the price I wanted at Enterprise Car Sales. This dealership likes 'the dance'...they left me sitting for half an hour before the salesman introduced me to his manager. The manager was a spray-tanned bleach blond who told me Enterprise Car Sales could not certify or warranty a vehicle. This is nonsense. They can do both. I am female and I'm not stupid. I left. The salesman called me back twice and said I could come back and deal directly with spray-tan man. He said I'd need to spend another hour in the deal. No thanks. I declined and bought my car from Enterprise for a price below blue book. Do NOT go to this dealership. More
