After you buy your new car and sign the bank loan, the service after that point is terible to worst car buying experience ever. I will never buy a car here again. I called twice and my husband once to inquiry about a scion xb they had on the Internet. Was told it had clean auto check and clean Called before I left home and was told scion was there. Drove over scion xb they had on the Internet. Was told it had clean auto check and clean Called before I left home and was told scion was there. Drove over two and half hours to get there upon arriving they stated another rep locked the keys in their desk. This was a lie. Waited another 20 minutes and the rep came and said car wasn't there. Went into sales manager office only to find out they had sent out to get title cleaned. Never go here they le and are crooks. Wasted over 5 hours of my time, one tank of gas and 12 bucks in tolls only to be asked if I would like to look at another car. Are you kidding me???? I would never buy here Beware when posting feedback for this dealership they state they require 2 weeks to respond. Wow. 2 weeks to get their story straight. More
I bought a used car two weeks ago. 2 days after i bought my car,'engine service soon' light started coming. When i checked with the same sales guy he was avoiding me. Then i went to used car sales manager w my car,'engine service soon' light started coming. When i checked with the same sales guy he was avoiding me. Then i went to used car sales manager who also seems reluctant and asked me to call on some other day. When i called some other day he told he is busy and come after one week. I thought of getting things checked myself so i went for checkup in service centre where i was told there are some repairs needs to be done and it will cost me $500. When i checked with the same manager, he told me that they cannot help me and i have to get it fixed myself. As there is no warrant on car so it is not there responsibility. I was not sure how to react as while buying i assume that if buying from a dealer product will be good. I will not recommend to buy any used car from this dealer. They will talk with you on a very polite manner before the deal but after the deal they will not bother about your car. More
BUYER BEWARE! Woodfield Nissan gives Nissan a bad name ... they wasted my time, don't let them waste yours. I bought (leased) a new 2012 Maxima tonight FROM A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP after leaving Woodfield ... they wasted my time, don't let them waste yours. I bought (leased) a new 2012 Maxima tonight FROM A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP after leaving Woodfield Nissan feeling disrespected and aggravated. Here's my advice; I'm hoping you can benefit from my negative experience: Disregard anything they tell you over the phone; they will make you come in before giving firm pricing and will then give you a quote higher than ALL other estimates you received, despite telling you on the phone that they will beat the other quotes you received and that they (supposedly) are the highest volume Nissan dealer in the Midwest. I can't imagine how that could be possible, with their deceptive practices and crappy attitudes. Go elsewhere! Conversely, I had a WONDERFUL buying/leasing experience at M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake tonight. Severo was my salesperson, and he was honest, friendly & knowledgeable (and gave me a great/fair deal). I will go to M'Lady (and Severo, in particular) when I am ready to get into my next new Nissan. AVOID WOODFIELD NISSAN AT ALL COSTS, unless you want to waste your time and put up with a dishonest, condescending sales manager, that is. More
I saw an ad in the Chicago Tribune and decided to drive 20 miles to this dealership for it. When I got there, I saw the exact car I had been researching for about 3 months and sat down with the salesperson 20 miles to this dealership for it. When I got there, I saw the exact car I had been researching for about 3 months and sat down with the salesperson, Sebastian, to talk about the ad and the price. He was nice but said I had to choose either the $6000 off or 0% for 72 months. He went to talk to the sales manager to see if we could work something out. The sales manager, Mike, came out and immediately went on the defense and started attacking me. I told him the ad was sneaky because it wasn't specific and he told me he couldn't do anything about it because he "didn't write the ad". He told me I was "uneducated" because the other cars listed (Juke and Cube) do not exist as a 2013 model so I should have assumed it was a 2012 model. He wouldn't let me explain my case and kept saying "let me talk! let me talk!" whenever I would try to interject. I walked in with my eyes and heart set on a car and had money moved and my check ready to be written. I walked out on the sales manager with my money and contact information so I was perfectly happy. I have never seen a car salesman or manager lose his temper so quickly and easily. He so mad he even told me I was there just to waste his time. I was extremely dissatisfied with this manager and believe he could have gone about this much better. I had nothing to lose except my money so of course I had a smile on my face the entire time. It was a very unpleasant visit and I will never drive out there based on an ad again. More
Stick with your independend mechanic if you can If You don't have to, don't go there. Fresh faces (service advisors) every few months. Very few people work there more than 1-2 year If You don't have to, don't go there. Fresh faces (service advisors) every few months. Very few people work there more than 1-2 years. Typical for most Nissan dealers. Some of their "mechanics" seems to know very little about the cars. Stick with your mechanic if you can. Looks like even the warranty work can't be done right. Never ending process. The keep replacing parts without solving the problems. Sometimes they don't even know how to approach it. More
It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were treated like royalty. Mark, Fareed, and Neil were very knowledgeable. We hope this will be the start of a great relationship with Nissan. We were treated like royalty. Mark, Fareed, and Neil were very knowledgeable. Both Andy and Justin were incredibly helpful. They were very patient with me as they searched to find me the perfect car and I kept changing my mind! When we purchased the vehicle there were some repairs to the body that needed to be made. Those repairs were done at no cost to us very quickly and efficiently. They even paid for my rental car for the two days my car was in the shop. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Especially those looking for a quality used car. More
At 1:47 pm, I received a call from Tamika requesting a "VIP appointment" for a car that I expressed interest in. I told her that I would come within the hour. She confirmed that the car was in stock. A "VIP appointment" for a car that I expressed interest in. I told her that I would come within the hour. She confirmed that the car was in stock. At 2:40, she called to make sure I was coming. At 2:45 - just as I was pulling up - she called and told me that the car had been taken to auction and was no longer available. A very unprofessional and inconsiderate, and insulting JOKE in my opinion! More
