I am a first time car buyer and I came in looking for a vehicle, test drove it and everything. I was then ready to buy. I was working with Latch Poptchev. We talked about how I was going to pay for the vehicle and I told him that I was financing with my bank. I told him that I need a bill of sale to fax, and then I would be back on Monday (when the bank is open) WIth the cut check. He then brought me a bill of sale, Him AND one of the sales managers. I read over the bill of sale and though the price was a little higher than I expected. I noticed there was a charge of 259 dollars for something called VIN ETC. Me being a new buyer I had no idea what that was. He LIED and said they were standard documentation fees. So I went ahead and signed. After going home and researching I found out that VIN ETC meant vin etching, which is an optional service! So he was basically going to let me pay for this service and I was never going to know that I did not receive it! Then after I had already signed and faxed the docs, he tells me they cannot hold the car for me. Well jeeze I wish he would have just told me that BEFORE I sat there for HOURS. So I call back Monday after the bank lets me know that I was approved for the full amount and know all I had to was take the check over. Latch then tells me that someone came by that monday morning and purchased it!!! What! I was infuriated! POOR PRACTICES, LIERS! Anything to get a hundred dollars more. Ruined my first time car buying experience. More
Purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder a few weeks ago. This weekend I noticed that my power outside mirrors were not working. I arrived at the dealership and was promptly greeted by Jared and explained my issu weekend I noticed that my power outside mirrors were not working. I arrived at the dealership and was promptly greeted by Jared and explained my issue. jared advised me that he would get someone on it right away and would keep me advised. A short time later Jared advised me that the problem could not be located quickly and that it was going to take some time to further diagnose the problem. I was offered a loaner car however I advised Jared that I had the time to wait a few more hours as long as a tech was going to still be working on my vehicle to locate the problem. Jared assured me that someone would be working on the vehicle and also advised me at any time I needed a loaner vehicle to just ask. About 90 minutes later Jared advised me that the technician located the problem and that my vehicle was repaired. I am very pleased with the level of customer service I was provided by being kept updated on the status of the repair. I only hope that the owner of this dealership reads these comments so they are aware how their business is performing. A special thank you to Jared for your outstanding level of professionalism which will not be forgotten. Again thank you. More

Watch out ladies!! I recently purchased a used Nissan Murano at Woodfield Nissan. The sales experience was the usual 'used car sales' experience... Going back and forth on price, I thought we had gotten Murano at Woodfield Nissan. The sales experience was the usual 'used car sales' experience... Going back and forth on price, I thought we had gotten to the best price, until... they couldn't give me the finance rate I wanted so they took the difference off the price. I thought they didn't have that much profit in the car??? That's just the beginning! When making the deal, the car had not been certified yet, but could be certified before I picked it up (as it had not been in an accident). I purchased the car as 'certified' and the dealership would perform all maintenance required to make it certified over the next few days. I was very concerned about low tire tread and expressed this several times throughout the 'deal-making' experience. I even asked my sales person to let me know how much tire tread was remaining and what the dealership allowed under the certification process. He told me they don't keep those records - but my tires were good and did not need to be replaced. If the tires were under 5, the dealership would replace them during the certification process. The next day, I took my car to my personal mechanic to find 2 tires were at '4' and 2 were around '5'. These tires should have been replaced during the certification process. When I took the car back to the dealership, they admitted 2 should be replaced, but 2 were 'questionable'. Instead of apologizing for this MAJOR error, they asked me to pay for 2 tires. We 'negotiated' a price at that time, but it makes me sick that I paid anything for tires!! This was their error and good customer service would have been to give me 4 tires. Not sure if this would have happened to a man??? I have lost trust with this dealership. More
I have had a repeated string of failed repairs by this place. This place refuses to honor their warranties. They will not finish work you paid for and are also very rude and don't value their customers. O place. This place refuses to honor their warranties. Its unbelievable a place like this is open. These guys are proud to be incompetent and dishonest. Save yourself some trouble and buy a toyota or honda. More
Reason for purchasing a new vehicle was because my 5 week old son and I were rear ended so we wanted something bigger. After we completed the transaction and turned over the keys to our trade in we learned they did not have anyone! That made me sick to my stomach I would never buy another car from that dealership. They will say anything to make a sale plus when we got the car the detailing was subpar and when they redid it again it came back even worse. More

From the moment I walked into the dealer I felt like I was wanted there. Ray and Tony Helped me find the perfect car for my daughter and I. She had been looking for a certain Rogue for a while. The vehicl was wanted there. Ray and Tony Helped me find the perfect car for my daughter and I. She had been looking for a certain Rogue for a while. The vehicle was sitting on the showroom floor. Tony made sure it was the correct vehicle and then went out of his way to get it off the showroom floor so she can drive the vehicle she wanted even though I wasn't sure I was going to buy the Rogue for her that day. I had been to a few dealers that day and it seemed like this dealer was the only one to go out of their way to make us happy. So, we drove the vehicle and my daughter said she wanted the car. Ray sat down with me while Tony went over the vehicle details with my daughter and we went over numbers. They did not play any games with price and they made me very happy. By the time we got out with the finance person, the Rogue was all cleaned up in their delivery area. It was nice because it was inside. I felt like everything went great for my daughter. This was her first real car purchase. They even gave us free car washes and 3 years of oil changes! It was a great experience and I would send everyone I know to see Tony or Ray! I can promise that when I am ready to buy a new car, I will be going there from now on. More
Everything about this dealer has been a nightmare. I hope everyone reads this and spares their time instead of going to this place. I purchased a new 2013 Altima. When I drove out of the dealership, it had no wind-shield wipers, they lost my spare key that they are REQUIRED to give me and my rear speakers did not work. Everyone who works at this place is unknowledgable, they could care less about customers. I have called to ask when I can get my key and they always say "another week, another week". I finally went in for the third time, after I called in the moring to make sure they would be able to issue my new key, and they said yes. Sure enough, I go, wait 3+ hours and I do not get my key, again. They have wasted my time, gas, and have provided me with horrible customer service. I regret going to this place and will never do business with them again. More
