80 mile wasted trip Spoke to the dealer to confirm inventory item. Arranged an appointment to test drive it. Arrived at the dealer and was told the the vehicle was gone. Spoke to the dealer to confirm inventory item. Arranged an appointment to test drive it. Arrived at the dealer and was told the the vehicle was gone. Situation was dealt with matter-of-factly, and no restitution or sympathy for the wasted trip was offered (I thought the least they could do was offer a gas card.) More

From the very beginning, we felt very comfortable with our sales representative John. He was very friendly and positive, and this interaction definitely contributed to our decision to purchase a vehicle from their dealership. We had just come from a negative experience at another nearby Nissan dealership, and John made a quick, positive impression. We negotiated a fair price for purchase and trade-in values. John communicated with us a few weeks after the sale to follow-up and ensure we were satisfied with the vehicle. Within 1 week of purchase, we experienced a minor issue with our rear wiper blade, and upon notifying the dealership, John sent us the replacement part at no charge for the part or shipping, which was appreciated. Overall good experience with John and the dealership, would recommend to others. More

I told him exactly what I had from other dealers and didn't expect a firm offer for my trade or the new car over the phone but if they were 5,000 short I wasn't even going to waste the time. The dealer talked to his "Manager" who said they had to see me in person (i.e. try to strong arm when I'm there) because nobody can give honest information over the phone. Lost any hopes of a sale because I hate car buying tactics like this. More
Rip Off Deals, never trust. Say no to NISSAN Hiding of Financial matters until they do credit check and you setup your mind i took Nissan Leaf on lease. The website says it is worth $29000. Up Hiding of Financial matters until they do credit check and you setup your mind i took Nissan Leaf on lease. The website says it is worth $29000. Upon arrival, I asked them in black & white, how much I would need to pay if I take this car on lease. I was told $249. When the credit check was done and I took the test drive and settle to lease the car, I was told I need to pay $429 a month for 36 months. They said they forgot to add sales tax. So, now the total price of car went up from $29000 to $35,000 Biggest Rip Off I took the car on saturday evening and did the test drive myself on sunday. I did not like the car and on Monday , I told them I need to return the car and want to take another car on lease. I was called next saturday to discuss promising they will take care of it. I went to meet them next saturday. They advised me that the car is now considered used even though I used it for 1 day only and the only option I have is to trade it with other car. And so they need to appraise the car which is used only for one day. The person appraised the car and they gave me the figure of $15000. So the figure went down from $35000 to $15000 in just one day. So, I was told to take a hit of roughly $20000 to use the car for one day Biggest dissatisfaction So, I went away taking this car as I have no other choice. I have got proof of everything even the offer of $15000 that they gave it to me. More
Refund of prepaid extended protection plan We traded in our 2012 maxima and I turned in all the paperwork in person at the dealership on March 21, 2014. I'm due over $1300, and when check did n We traded in our 2012 maxima and I turned in all the paperwork in person at the dealership on March 21, 2014. I'm due over $1300, and when check did not arrive after six weeks, I started calling the dealership. After several calls, I was told the the paperwork was not processed due to mileage being illegible, however, when I disputed this reason, they admitted that it wasn't processed due to "staff turnover" at the dealership, and it was being processed finally on May 8, after it was located. I was told that now that the cutoff time for May was missed, they cannot do anything to expedite and I must wait for the refund until after June 15, 2014. When I asked that the dealership issue the check and suggested that they wait for the funds from NESNA, I was told by the general manager "that's not going to happen; there's nothing we do" and that I just have to wait despite the fact that this was entirely due to the dealership's staff not processing the refund on March 21. Prior to speaking with the general manager, another finance manager first told me that the reason it wasn't processed was because the mileage was illegible. I informed him that I'm looking at the copy of the form and the mileage is legible, and in addition to the mileage shown on the form, I provided the odometer statement that was given to me by the dealer where I traded in the vehicle, that's when the general manager got involved to tell me it was staff turnover. I can't believe that a dealership which is successful and profitable does not have a reserve account to issue a check to the client when the dealership is at fault. When you're buying the car you get the service, when you're getting a refund you're no longer important! More
never again DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS NISSAN! This dealership is the WORST dealership i have ever dealt with. The only thing good about the dealership is t DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS NISSAN! This dealership is the WORST dealership i have ever dealt with. The only thing good about the dealership is the service center, i have had my car serviced there and everyone in the service department is nice. However, the body shop=crappy, they couldn't match the paint to my car on my 2013 altima i purchased, so it was different shade they said it was "impossible" to match the white. You are better off going to a bodyshop somewhere else. The sales and financing department is horrible! They have no customer service what so ever, you can call with any questions, but do not ever expect a call back. I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima, i did not like the new altimas so i sold it after a year. Went into the dealership end of January 2014 to cancel my warranty, because you have to go to the dealer you bought it from and cancel. It normally takes 4-5 weeks to process the canBebncellation (i had a 2008 nissan altima that we did that for back in March 2013). After 7 weeks went by i called nissan's warranty company to find out status, they said they never received any cancellation from Woodfield Nissan. I called Woodfield Nissan, left a message with the finance department, no return call. Called again, no return call. Called again, spoke with someone named Ben, he said he would call me back in 30 minutes, never called. I got in touch with the Warranty Company again, and surprisingly they were helpful and said they could bypass dealing with Woodfield. I have to let the warranty compny know what happened because they do not issue refunds past 60 days of the car being sold, so luckily the warranty company understood my frustration and still issued a refund--if they didn't, i would be going after Woodfield for the money. Bottom line, they will get you in the door, sell you a car, but if you have ANY issues, good luck having any customer service. If you want to purchase a Nissan, go to any other dealership and save the headache. All they care about is commission, they do not care what your concerns are or anything More
We had a terrific experience at Woodfield Nissan. These guys took the time to understand our needs and matched us up with a great vehicle at a great price. From start to finish it was enjoyable. We bought guys took the time to understand our needs and matched us up with a great vehicle at a great price. From start to finish it was enjoyable. We bought a car for our daughter and they took time to point our safety features that we would want. Made sure the car we bought they felt confident enough that they would let their own daughter drive it, love that!! We will use this team again in the future . More
My son was looking for his first car. We found a nice 2009 Altima online at a great price, so we called and went in to look at it. Took a nice test drive, our salesman was not pushy (as I kinda expected 2009 Altima online at a great price, so we called and went in to look at it. Took a nice test drive, our salesman was not pushy (as I kinda expected them to be), and we made a very quick deal. My son liked the car, and with me cosigning for him, I felt very comfortable with the whole process. They gave my son a couple finance options, and since he couldn't finance the car himself, the finance guy John Meredith (seriously great guy) explained to me my options and obligations as a cosigner to my son. Took the car home, it was great. HOWEVER...on the way home, my son noticed the driver's side mirror was loose. Turns out the mirror housing was cracked and was not properly mounted to the car. I called the used car manager, explained the situation, and it seemed like they wouldn't do anything, which was initially disappointing. But I got a call a day later, asking to bring the car in. The manager looked at it, then told me he spoke with his porters who admitted to breaking it in the car wash without notifying a manager. They took complete ownership of the situation and ordered me a new mirror. Great experience overall. I will be visiting Woodfield Nissan when I need to replace my Honda. If all goes well, it will be my first Nissan purchase. More

Rip off artists. Slid in unnecessary fees onto my final bill, including anti-theft insurance (I thought that was why I had regular car insurance?). Tried to give me a rate of 3.75%. Then when I said I was bill, including anti-theft insurance (I thought that was why I had regular car insurance?). Tried to give me a rate of 3.75%. Then when I said I was interested in the extended warranty, but didn't like the price, they adjusted my rate to 2.59% to make my payment where I wanted it. xxx?? Scammers...... Cheap used car salesman tricks on cars with a good reputation. I called out the managers on these tactics and they just added on more lies. I think that others should know about them. I want nothing from this dealership. They should just own up to their deceptive practices. Nissan should be ashamed to have these people represent them. I will never buy from or recommend this dealership to anyone. In all fairness, my salesman and the used car manager I dealt with were great. My issue resides fully with the finance department. They ruined the entire experience with their deception. More
