I have purchased three cars from this dealer. The sales team has is couteous and professional. The pricing has been competitive. However, the main reason I purchased the last two cars has been the Service Dept. Specifically, Keth Ullberg has always been respnsive and courteous. When my wife deals with Keith, he always treats her with respect. He always contacts my wife or me to get a pre-approval on any unsceduled repairs. My phone inquiries are answered in a timely and thorough way. Over the years, I have dealt with great salespeople, but lousy service people. This dealer is the rare exception, in that my wife and I are always treated well. I always feel like I am Keith's #1 priority. More

The smooth-working machine that is Woodfield Lexus service department is a total team effort, but the reason I am loyal is because of trust. My trust in Sean's expertise is why I can recommend this dealership without hesitation. I have taken every suggestion Sean has made over the years in relation to upkeep and preventative maintenance and thanks to him, the team at Woodfield, and Lexus Automotive one vehicle has over 230,000 miles on it and is running fine. My daughter gave up her Beemer to drive the 230,000 SUV last summer because she fell in love with it when I let her use it on a road-trip she took to the West Coast. But also because she feels "secure" when driving it.
