I have worked with Terri's for the past couple of years. I have bought 2 new Lexus cars from him and I wouldn't use anyone else. The customer service he has provided for me is above and beyond anythi years. I have bought 2 new Lexus cars from him and I wouldn't use anyone else. He will come pick it up for any problem or service it's due for... leave a loner and then come back with my car completely fixed and looking brand new. Resnick Lexus is a great dealership and I will continue to purchase future cars from Terris Cooper. More
Came in to have rear window lightbulb replaced. Was told would be ready in less than an hour. One hour later, Keith Ullberg advises me that I need four lightbulbs replaced to the tune of $237. I app told would be ready in less than an hour. One hour later, Keith Ullberg advises me that I need four lightbulbs replaced to the tune of $237. I approve this. He then tells me I need new brakes for $432 and timing belt replacement. This is the second time I am told by YOUR service department that I need new timing belt. This was replaced a couple years ago at Madison, WI Lexus. As for the brakes, I was told I needed new brakes last summer - I believe again, this was by Keith. I make an appointment for brakes at your dealership. I bring it in last Fall and am told "no, your brakes are still good" - you are fine until at least next time. Over 11 years, I have had ALL my service work performed at Lexus dealers. I cannot believe that you cannot keep my records straight and provide better service. Keith stated I need a new timing belt because "there is no sticker" on the engine. What the heck? Since when does a mechanic judge a service need based on "a sticker" ?? Especially something of this cost magnitude? Keith was rude and not at all friendly. Told me it is my responsibility to "know the car". How was he to know he had to check a National file to see what service I have had. He never apologized. Why was I not given the sheet of paper that shows the statistics on the brakes? I asked the receptionist to make a copy? When I get home, I see that a blank ccopy is attached. What happened to the copy that showed I need new brakes? I will NOT be returning to Lexus of Schaumburg given that a) I have no trust in your service department and b) I was treated very poorly by Keith Ullberg. More
Have two Lexus a 2003 LS 300 and 2004 RX 330 both bought from this dealership. Service has always been excellent and we followed all the standard recommended servicing guidelines. I was taken care of immediately, despite having no appointment, as i had a flat which another place told me was irreparable due to nail embedded too close to the side wall, and they had no matching ti appointment, as i had a flat which another place told me was irreparable due to nail embedded too close to the side wall, and they had no matching tire to sell. The other place quoted a price if they had to order the replacement tire, which Lexus beat by about $30, and which they did have in stock as I called Lexus while on the road riding on the spare. I was told the wait time was about 35 minutes and offered refreshments in the waiting area. I paid and was out the door in about 40 minutes. I have been in other Lexus waiting rooms and this one was larger and better lit and gave a more comfortable feeling. More
