Happy with results I brought my '93 SC300 in to be serviced for an intermittent electrical issue. I realized from the outset that I would need to be patient, as the mec I brought my '93 SC300 in to be serviced for an intermittent electrical issue. I realized from the outset that I would need to be patient, as the mechanic (Paul?) would need the issue to be repeated so as to properly diagnose the cause, and appropriately resolve it. While this took over a week, I felt that the labor I was charged was fair. Due to the age of the car, I had previously tried to get this issue taken care of through a local repair shop that has a lower hourly labor rate. However, in hindsight, I would have saved money, and time, if I had taken it to Lexus from the start. Also, I appreciated Mandeep (service) as he did his best to keep me informed throughout the repair/service process. Thank you, Tim Poferl More

Woodfield Lexus dealer A few months ago i bought a new 2016 lexus RX350. I brought my car for service, I am extremely disappointed with the staff performance. We were treate A few months ago i bought a new 2016 lexus RX350. I brought my car for service, I am extremely disappointed with the staff performance. We were treated as a lesser customer. They were rude towards us. They were hesitant to answer any questions. First of all, the car wasn't washed after service. While, other cars were washed. I have been here over the past few years, and it was always washed after service. We were given information that after every service the car would be washed. When i asked the them why it wasn't washed. The man said "You never asked for it", and quickly turned away and left. I know my English isn't perfect, and i have an accent. I don't believe this should matter. However, for them, this might matter. I felt discriminated because of my accent. The brochure says "Any service complementary car wash". After the service was completed, I asked them what had been done to my car. They replied "It's all on the paper". I think i deserve the same treatment as any other customer. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. I am thinking about changing my car, and never buying a Lexus ever again. More
