No complaints I took my 1998 Lexus LX 470 in for oil change and a multipoint inspection. I had an appointment .After the completed the job they recommend a new batt I took my 1998 Lexus LX 470 in for oil change and a multipoint inspection. In the mean time as my truck was being worked on I was looking at used certified cars and was attended by car salesman .He answered my questions and did a good job.
