After completing the service, Tonya called me and discussed the results of the maintenance work and inspection. No additional repairs were required. I have not had any issues with my car since taking it to Lexus. Woodfield Lexus did not charge me for unnecessary repairs and they have quality service. They also provided me with a nice loaner car.
