I also received the deal (December To Remember - $1,000 off ) on my ordered RX450H F Sport. I purchased another RX350 F Sport from Mark in 2013. I would contact Mark if we need another Lexus in the near future. The Technology and Delivery Manager, Mr. Derek Dukey, shared a lot of tricks when setting the audio, navigation, EV, and others. Woodfield Lexus dealer A few months ago i bought a new 2016 lexus RX350. I brought my car for service, I am extremely disappointed with the staff performance. We were treate A few months ago i bought a new 2016 lexus RX350. I brought my car for service, I am extremely disappointed with the staff performance. We were treated as a lesser customer. They were rude towards us. They were hesitant to answer any questions. First of all, the car wasn't washed after service. While, other cars were washed. I have been here over the past few years, and it was always washed after service. We were given information that after every service the car would be washed. When i asked the them why it wasn't washed. The man said "You never asked for it", and quickly turned away and left. I know my English isn't perfect, and i have an accent. I don't believe this should matter. However, for them, this might matter. I felt discriminated because of my accent. The brochure says "Any service complementary car wash". After the service was completed, I asked them what had been done to my car. They replied "It's all on the paper". I think i deserve the same treatment as any other customer. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. I am thinking about changing my car, and never buying a Lexus ever again. More
