WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! This place is a rip off! I brought my GX in for the parking emergency brake to get repaired along with a very very expensive AC system repair. First t This place is a rip off! I brought my GX in for the parking emergency brake to get repaired along with a very very expensive AC system repair. First the e brake repair order says it functioning as designed, NOPE! the tech wrote that he inspected the rear brakes then took off the rear rotors to find the springs on wrong! Anyone who knows about this brake system knows the springs are color coded and to put them on wrong would take a rocket scientist! The spec is for the e brake to hold up to 200 rpm, well my handle doesnt work and even holding it up manually the brake doesnt hold at all!BUT it works as designed-WHAT A JOKE! My ac was making a loud noise when it was turned on, the tech guessed and wrote-REPLACE COMPRESSOR? With a ?? and all, the service writer told me that! So after the winter I went to use the air, guess what?!?! Loud noise and ac not blowing cold! I have had issues with the dealer since day 1. They replaced my dash, BROKE my cup holder and put it in a bag and placed it in my glove box! There were broken clips and parts left in it on the floor. They dropped a clip down where my dvd player doors are, I took a scope, yes I am in the industry, and saw the yellow plastic in the way. Of course when I picked it up the service advisor gave me attitude and showed me a plastic bag of what else might of been down there, of course there was no clip! The "service manager" who isnt 1 at all, actually told me they dont want me to come there anymore! THEN because I posted negative reviews ACTUALLY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME!!!!! I am dealing with corporate, then the states attorney and then the BBB I am going to take them to arbitration! DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! More

95K service Brought 2010 RX350 for service appointment. Service Rep Eric Dezdha got me in-processed and out in requested loaner quickly and efficiently. Eric ca Brought 2010 RX350 for service appointment. Service Rep Eric Dezdha got me in-processed and out in requested loaner quickly and efficiently. Eric called twice - once to advise that pre-service inspection identified no significant issues, but noted that serpentine belt was showing wear and left rear shock was leaking. I authorized service for those items. Second call was to let me know my car was ready about an hour of my requested delivery time. Picked up the car and it was cleaned up and sparkiling for me. More
