Talked to my Salesman, and within an hour got my car back, cleaned and everything updated and check out. Excellent service process, unlike my former auto dealer (Audi of Hoffman Estate) who told me 3 hours for breaks and alignment. I came back to Audi service 5 hours later only, then said it would be an additional 2 hours. Lexus dealership does a much better job taking care of the car and the owners of the vehicles. Attention to detail and communications on what is going on is second to none at Woodfield Lexus. More

Mark Demma was very knowledgeable and made sure I felt comfortable. Never pressuring me to buy or trying to sell me another vehicle like other places I have been too. Mark made sure I received the best amount of money for the trade in and didn't pressure me to trade it in. I came in with financing but again Mark double checked to make sure they would beat the APR I already had and they sure did by as much as 1.5% APR. WOW. He was very thorough from start to finish. The friendliness didn't stop there, I believe his name was Brian, Who reviewed all the paperwork with me. Answered all my questions and kept my payment exactly where I wanted it to stay. They have just gained a lifetime customer! More
