Mandeep is such a great asset to Woodfield Lexus. . I brought my car in for a 1 hour service and ended up with loaner @ 2 weeks. Mandeep kept me updated throughout the process and would not let the car I brought my car in for a 1 hour service and ended up with loaner @ 2 weeks. So far since we have met Marty we have purchased four Lexus vehicles through Marty and leased another all through Marty. Marty is a straightforward salesman. Once we let Marty know we were looking for a car he started actively searching for a car to fit our criteria. Every time a new car came in Marty let us know. Marty worked for weeks to help us find the perfect car. Once we had picked out a car that we liked the the actual car purchase process could not have been any smoother. Marty had the car ready before we even arrived at the dealership. Since Marty took the time to learn about what car we wanted, immediately after the test drive was over Marty had the paperwork all set up. What should have been an all day process only lasted a few hours. Marty is the best salesman we have ever worked with. Marty is the reason we continue to purchase cars at Woodfield Lexus and we plan on going through Marty for all of our car purchases in the future. I cannot thank Marty enough for the work he put in. My 16 yr son was looking to buy a slightly used car and we stopped at this dealership after finding a vehicle (Nissan Rouge) he was looking for on Car Gurur. Dan greeted us at the door and was very helpful and not at all pushy. He offered us a fair and below market price for our vehicle purchase with no haggling. There were a few minor things we wanted to be addressed on the vehicle and he took care of it in a reasonable time, with no additional charge. He was attentive through the whole car buying process as we were looking at different vehicles at different dealerships during our decision-making process and made himself available when needed to answer questions, with no pressure. Although he was working with a few customers at one time, he made you feel important and took the time necessary to address all the questions. He seemed to be fair, honest and a straight shooter, which is difficult to find in dealerships. I would definitely recommend Dan Rosen for your next car purchase. More
