On time, but I dropped my Rx450H off for 30K mtc., and started with Nick Garcia. He is the reason I gave more than 1 star. He provided me a loaner. and I asked how long the service would take as I only had to run and get groceries and I'd be back by the time the work is finished. He said about 1.5 to 2 hours. He then turned the call over to Tonya for some reason. I left at 9:30, returned at 11:15. Tonya was with another customer at the time, so I went to the waiting room. She came over there a few minutes later and told me it would be about another hour - I don't believe she had them even start on my vehicle until just then. So I had to wait around for another hour. I had "prepaid" for several maintenance visits when I purchased my vehicle in July. Tonya charged me (initially) for this visit - $400 some dollars. I told the cashier there shouldn't be a charge because I prepaid. She took the bill to Tonya who removed the charge and apologized. This was a careless oversight from sub-par staff that shouldn't be working at Lexus. This was not my first time with Tonya handing my maintenance, but it will be the last. Lastly, please do something with your customers' waiting area. Seriously, you're a Lexus dealer, not Honda. Get those filthy green chairs reupholstered or replaced. Your entire dealership is going downhill, and I've been a customer for about 10 years, so I've witnessed the decline. I'm considering switching to Arlington Lexus. More

Bob Schmerler should not be working at Woodfield Lexus. Either he had no knowledge of how to open emails or he is the most dishonest person I have met. Service for 100,000 miles and to replace front park Rich was excellent. Never worked with him in the past. I wasn't sure if I was going to repair sensor but ask Rich to get an estimate to repair.
