We will never buy a car from anywhere else. Their service and entire process from start to finish is easy, actually pleasant and nothing like the typical car buying experiences you think of! UPDATE to my review from April 26: Initially I had a good experience buying my car...BUT THEN...on May 13, I received a call from Mustafa that the title on the used car they sold me could not be found. good experience buying my car...BUT THEN...on May 13, I received a call from Mustafa that the title on the used car they sold me could not be found. As it was explained to me: The car was purchased from an auction in California; the car was then sent to Woodfield Lexus where I purchased it in April. The auction people did not send the title to the bank where I financed this car purchase (the auction people said they DID send the title over, but the bank said they never received it). So when I made my purchase there was no title to the car. In the state of IL, you have 20 days to turn the title over to the owner. This call took place later than 20 days. Mustafa asked me "what features did I like about the NX450h+ and is there was another car you want instead?" I said no. I also said, "How were you able to give me the plates and tags if the car has no title?" He said he would have his GM call me. That call never happened. Fast forward to today when I spoke to Greg Clark, General Sales Manager. He was a bulldozer during this conversation...he interrupted me often, barely allowing me to talk. He told me that an account has been set up for me to begin making car payments, which was surprising considering that there were some "issues" that needed to be resolved, according to Mustafa's telling of it. So I asked for clarification as to why I was told that the car had no title. He said the odometer reading had to be obtained, and then that, and the title, would be sent to the bank. "We sell cars with no title all the time." Okay....this may be true but now I am not totally convinced that I should have done business with Woodfield Lexus in the first place, just in terms of accuracy of information, transparency, and helping me fully understand the process. Greg then told me that they confused my car with another (similar) car. This whole incident has placed doubt in my mind about the dealership and makes them look inept. For this updated review I will take one star off for Mustafa, and give a star to Greg as credit for calling me back. More

After my recent service, there were a couple of issues that Woodfield Lexus quickly and effectively handled. Matt the tech was even sent to my house to resolve an issue with my glove box.
