Excellent dealership experience. We are from Iowa and purchased a used vehicle from Woodfield Lexus and were still treated like were were buying a new Lexus. Mustafa is an absolute professional and took purchased a used vehicle from Woodfield Lexus and were still treated like were were buying a new Lexus. Mustafa is an absolute professional and took great care of us. The vehicle we bought had been through the service department and was the best of 6 different vehicles we looked at. I heard great things about this place but my experience was horrible. The lady helping me told me I couldn’t finance without even checking my credit. I wanted a Honda Pilot 2009 and she said it was too old was horrible. The lady helping me told me I couldn’t finance without even checking my credit.
