Mustafa Dagoglu was our contact person at Lexus Woodfield. From the start it was an amazing experience we wanted a certain color combo( exterior/interior) which was not available anywhere. Mustafa very diligently, patiently and with lot of effort located a car for us and made it possible to own the exact car which we wanted. Mind you we contacted at least 6 dealerships no one was able to help us. Very nice customer service from Mustafa to Caryn to Derek the tech specialist everyone was super helpful. I happened to call Marty to say I was interested in looking at new (or certified) ES350. He just happened to have gotten one in that was beautiful - loaded.
