I know very little about cars. I love my Lexus but when it has an issue I always get nervous. Your service department: Helen and Tony were extremely helpful and considerate. I normally buy cars from Mike Connolly at Mercedes of Hoffman Estates, but he didn't have the GX I wanted. If your customer service is similar to Mike, then I might be here forever. More
