I called inquiring about a preowned Lexus and spoke with Patti who I looked up and works in the internet sales department. I asked for a price on this vehicle trying to overlook the rudeness I received on the phone. 7 hours later and no phone call with a price. Really, 7 hours and can't get a price? I've actually visited this dealership in person in the past and have experienced disregard and rudeness as well. Both times, a different Lexus dealership as won my business and I will never call or consider this deal again! Nicely done Woodfield Lexus! More
