That is silly. I bring in my car with a perfectly working media center. I get my mirror fixed and than all of a sudden, miraculously it is broken. Just a coincidence. Why not just own up to your mistake and fix the media center? Is this the kind of service that has given Lexus such high loyalty marks? I don't think so. No one with a rational mind would think this is a coincidence. Your technician screwed up. It happens. Why deny the obvious?
