This is the first review that I looked forward to writing. My wife and I purchased a new 2021 Lexus GX 460 from Woodfield Lexus. Our Lexus was the first car we purchased from the Resnick Auto Group writing. My wife and I purchased a new 2021 Lexus GX 460 from Woodfield Lexus. Our Lexus was the first car we purchased from the Resnick Auto Group. If you decided upon a Lexus, you owe it to yourself to visit Woodfield Lexus. Our sales person - Greg Stone - was exceptional. He was attentive, informative, patient and an all around quality guy. Through no fault of Woodfield Lexus or Greg delivery of our car was delay due to installation of protective film. It seemed like the whole staff from General Manager, Greg and others could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable during the wait for the car. The personal touch is alive and well at Woodfield Lexus. We are in our "young" sixties and I purchase many difference cars, German, American, Japanese and Italian and the purchase experience at Woodfield Lexus was "hands down" the absolute best. More

I have found another exceptional service rep in Anthony Lopez. Woodfield has been my one stop shop since Schmuller sold me 2001 RX 300. I love my Nx 300! I had a wonderful experience dealing with Woodfield Lexus! Robert Bouza called me & told me what inventory they had & which cars were coming soon. I went in to see the car colors & met with Woodfield Lexus! Robert Bouza called me & told me what inventory they had & which cars were coming soon. I went in to see the car colors & met Robert B &Dan Rosen. They made my decision easier because they made me very informed & no matter how many questions, etc I had, they took the time & effort to make sure I got what I wanted. Once I picked a car that was coming, Dan kept me informed when it was coming & made my experience very easy! Derrick spent an hour explaining all the features of my new car. He was very patient & sooo helpful! I can’t recommend Woodfield Lexus enough! I had a great experience & was treated wonderfully! Sheri More
