We ordered a hybrid car NX350h January 2023 and it finally was delivered in October. Dan was great to work with and gave us periodic updates on the anticipated arrival date. Mark Demma was great to work with. We met him on a very busy Saturday afternoon. We called for an appointment but we arrived at the dealer, no one was assigned to us.
