I have dealt with different service writers over the years i've owned a Lexus and found all of them to be professional, considerate and a great to work with. I especially appreciate how well they work within the scheduled time given to you for the work being done. If for any reason the work will take longer than expected, you are informed and offered a loaner. I wouldn't take my car anywhere but Woodfield Lexus. More
