NOW THAT I AM ALONE I STRONGLY DEPEND ON KEITH TO GUIDE ME THROUGH THE MAINTENANCE STEPS TO KEEP MY CAR RUNNING IN TOP CONDITION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPOINTED. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Went to the dealer waited over an hour to have my car appraised. Finally was presented with one offer "take it or leave it". Sales rep did want to negotiat the dealer waited over an hour to have my car appraised. Finally was presented with one offer "take it or leave it". Sales rep did want to negotiate at all. On my way out I said to the sales person that I have never experience anything like that before and I felt like they want to lose me as a customer to another dealer of brand. The sales rep told that I wasted two hours of his time (technically they wasted my time since I was waiting over an hour for the appraisal of my car)and ask me to do him a favor and never come back. I will not buy another car at this dealer. This kind of treatment from so called "elite Lexus dealer" is unacceptable. More

The new 2013 RX 350 caught my eye and I started to inquire. I communicated with several Lexus dealerships in the Chicagoland area and decided with Woodfield because of the deal I found on Black Friday. Who would have thought something like that exists. I felt the experience was pleasant and Terris makes the time to help you understand the cars features. He has a wide knowledge basis with Lexus vehicles and made me feel comfortable in making a huge investment in my first Lexus. Lane and Terris are focus on customer satisfaction. They take the time to listen to concerns and address them fairly and professionally. Both Terris and Lane are prompt with their responses, attentive to customers, open minded to helping you get the vehicle you want and make themselves available to customer needs. My daughter purchased a 2003 Acura TL Type S from Marty Whitney @ Woodfield Lexus. It was her first car purchase and Marty did an excellent job, treating her with respect and kindness. The car was repaired at the nearest Acura dealer and my daughter was provided a loaner vehicle by both Acura and Woodield Lexus while the cars' symptoms were being corrected.
