He possesses an intuitive ability to explain the technical features of the car in a clear, concise, effective manner. He knew the car backwards and forwards and answered every question promptly and accurately. He also clearly explained the major features of the navigation and technical systems of the vehicle so that my husband and I understood them the first time he explained them. Seven hours after we left the dealership in our new car, we forgot something about the navigation system, and we called Terris who solved our problem in less than 60 seconds.
