He kept us up do date on the delivery date and this was reassuring and important to us because it took several weeks for delivery. When we were having trouble programming the garage door remote, Terris even made a "house call" to our home on his own time to help us with it. This above and beyond service is what keeps people loyal and we know that we will have a lasting relationship with Resnick Auto Group for years to come and will definitely refer people to their dealership! He is a kind, considerate and knowledgeable man who goes the "extra mile" for any needs you may have. He still had this look of disdain and disbelief when I showed him the confirmation e-mail and ended up not completing everything I had originally scheduled to be done. While the service on the car was acceptable, the lack of customer service and general civility at the beginning really soured my trip to woodfield lexus. It was a shockingly disappointing service visit as I had previously had excellent interactions with the other employees when purchasing my car. This one experience has really put me off ever wanting to go back to service my car there. More
The Service Department Advisor (Keith Uilberg) and Service Manager (Don O'Connor) have alot to learn about customer service. I had purchased an 84 month warrantied battery for my Lexus SC430. When i Service Manager (Don O'Connor) have alot to learn about customer service. I had purchased an 84 month warrantied battery for my Lexus SC430. When it failed after 3 years, I brought it in to Woodfield Lexus where they proceeded to tell me that they were going to charge me $45 for the service department to take my battery out and put the new one in. When I told them that all they need to do is test it and I could take it out, they told me that they would have to charge me $45 to test it as well. Seems like they don't want to stand behind their products and just want to get a service charge. This service charge doesn't even include the prorated cost of the battery. When I told the Service Advisor I wasn't happy, he immediately offered for me to talk to the Service Manager. I waited 15 minutes to talk to him. When I did, he didn't bother to get out of his chair and greet me. I had to extend my hand and introduce myself. They proceeded to blame the battery defect on my trickle charger not giving it a strong enought charge or that my alternator was bad. When I asked them to simply check the battery, the Service Manager said he was required by law to check my alternator. I have never heard of such a thing. His attitude along with the Service Advisor's was poor at best. I was so entirely frustrated with their demeanor and attitude. I was shocked by the total lack of customer service exhibited by the Service Department. On a much better note, I would like to commend the Parts Department (Dan and Butch) who were very accomodating and tested my battery for free. The battery was bad and they replaced it. I of course paid my prorata share which I was fine with. Justin also was great when he saw me in the parking lot and asked if he could help carry the battery in for me into the parts department. I would gladly go to the parts department again but I will never set foot in the Service Department again. I am in a service industry myself and was shocked at the lack of customer service and unprofessional attitude displayed by Keith and Don. More

I purchased a certified used Lexus in August 2011 and am still waiting for my rear cargo cover, which was included in the sales photos for the vehicle, but was not available when I drove the vehicle home. I purchased the vehicle late at night and did not have a chance to inspect everything like I normally would. I called Greg the following week and he indicated he would send it to me ... I am still waiting. Maybe when I am long dead it will show up at my doorstep. Given this is a Lexus dealership ... enough said. Overall Experience: The vehicle itself is in great shape .. the price was fair. The service is not what I would expect from a Lexus Dealership. I'd recommend Lexus of Naperville - its worth the drive. More

We bought our first Lexus, our 9th new car, in September, 2003. We had the best car buying experience in our 37 years of purchasing a new model with the color and options we wanted. Our Sales Consultant gave us the price he quoted and was able to provide us with exactly what we were looking for (2004 ES330) and made no attempt to sell us anything we didn’t want. We were impressed with the professionalism of their service department in 2007 when we had all the belts replaced at 100,000 miles. We live over 400 miles from this dealership, but the trip is worthwhile for major service or when buying a new vehicle. We had tried another, much closer dealership two months ago—BIG MISTAKE. After a very bad experience, we called Marty and got the white 2012 LS460L AWD we were looking for in one day at a better price. The buying experience, along with the very knowledgeable, friendly and professional demeanor of Marty and Terris made the long drive worthwhile to purchase our 10th new car. More
