We just recently purchased the redesigned ES and, as always, found the experience to be most enjoyable. From beginning to end, everyone involved in helping us was courteous and showed the highest level of professionalism and knowledge. It is apparent that Phillip Resnick really cares about his customers. He was most helpful and spent a great deal of time with us which was greatly appreciated. Upon delivery everything was thoroughly explained and demonstrated so that we would have a good understanding of all the new features on the car. Their concern for their customer does not end when you take delivery of your auto. When I called with questions over a month later, David Guftafson drove out to my home and reviewed and helped answer additional questions I had. I am extremely satisfied with my most recent experience and was reminded why I would only consider buying cars from the Resnick Automotive Group. Prior to visiting Woodfield Lexus, we had purchased a Lexus at another Chicago area dealership where we felt we weren't important to them. We stopped in at Woodfield, mainly because of our dissatisfaction with our prior dealer. We were impressed with Terris Cooper from when we first met him. He is friendly and relaxed in his presentation. Terris did a great job of working with us and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable about his products and when he didn't have an answer at hand, he found out and promptly contacted us. He did an excellent job of explaining all the features on my new car. From our experience of working with Terris, we would not hesitate to recommend this salesman and dealership. More
