Went to this dealership to inquire about a certified pre-owned Lexus IS250 and want to tell you about this horrible experience. When we asked the salesperson before the test drive the cost of the vehic pre-owned Lexus IS250 and want to tell you about this horrible experience. When we asked the salesperson before the test drive the cost of the vehicle, we were verbally told $27,995. This was also the advertised price of the vehicle on the internet. We test drove the vehicle and then began purchase discussions. The price of the vehicle was then stated to us as $29,995. The $2,000 difference between the advertised price and the price we were being told during the negotiations could not be explained. The owner's son then got involved in the negotiations. We felt extremely pressured the entire time to buy that vehicle, to the point where we felt very uncomfortable and left. Lying about the price of a vehicle that could easily be compared and verified shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for their customers. We will not recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, every chance we get we tell others about the bad experience we had at this dealership. We have since purchased a similar vehicle elsewhere. More

Great dealership,although you can't compare a Lexus dealership with a regular Honda or Toyota. Staff is friendly, and will work with you to get what you want. I do all of the work on my car mysel dealership with a regular Honda or Toyota. Staff is friendly, and will work with you to get what you want. I do all of the work on my car myself, so I can't speak for their service department, although when I got my new IS350, I had to drop it off for a minor rear bumper refinishing due to lot damage. They repaired the car in 3 days and gave me a nice RX350 loaner. They followed through very well, and they keep you informed about the progress. More
