I have owned Lexus vehicles for decades, so I am a very demanding buyer. I was introduced to Mr. Cooper late in 2012 when I was ready to purchase a new LS460 to replace my 2009 LS 460. I found Terris to be extremely knowledgeable of the brand and the new vehicle. This is very important to me because I want to know what is the advantage to purchasing a new model and the specific model. I am interested in all the new features and options. I found Terris to meet and, yes, exceed my expectations. I found Terris to be very personable, and very professional. I have always taken my cars to Woodfield Lexus for service (which is very little because Lexus is a very trouble-free brand.) Woodfield Lexus service is probably one of the best dealerships in the area for quality and attention to customer needs. More

That being said, I can say with certitude that my entire experience with Woodfield Lexus exuded all of the following attributes-- class, professionalism, and most importantly, forthrightness. I typically do not write reviews but after not one but two positive experiences with this dealership and not to mention, encountering other dealerships as well, I think it is easy to say that the people whom work at this location are a symbol to the standard of the Lexus brand and its excellence. My older sibling recently approached me about purchasing a vehicle; and just as any other consumer, looked at our various options. In this type of market, every dealership you will encounter has the goal to make the sale, and just like any other dealership, Woodfield Lexus did the exact same. But what differentiated this dealership versus the others were a few facets: Price. Plain and simple. When making any financial decision, one naturally seeks both the best and fair value. Woodfield Lexus exceeded my expectations in both categories. Forget about rhetoric, they provided the best price without any hassle or headache. Period. Nothing more, nothing less. Numbers wise, there price was below their competitors. Genuineness & Straightforwardness. In my opinion, this is the reason why I decided to return to this dealership. Let's face it, the sales industry can be a place where the sales person has zero incentive in looking out for their customer; the industry thrives off of incentive and reward, hence, making the sale is a very high priority regardless of how it may affect the other. But many people in business also understand that proper business can also be conducted when it is done both fair and right, and more importantly, when they return that same respect. To put it frankly, each and every person that I have encountered at this place, zero games. No talk, no false promises, no lies. Of course, they are looking to make a sale, but no hurdles and most importantly, no games. If I make a phone call, they'll return it. If I ask a question that they do not know the answer, they will admit it without an excuse. Think about it, how often does one encounter this in any type of sales purchase? Like i said, it is refreshing when you encounter this veracity. The People. This dealership General Sales Manger Greg Smith, I highly encourage that you meet with him. I value working with smart and respectful people--plain and simple. And I can assure you that Greg is that person and it is very apparent the guy has risen up the ladder due to being that person. To point out, both my sibling and myself shared that opinion. Fareeba Blackburn, new comer to the dealership, young fresh talent. I think a lot of people in this profession put dividends on experiences; but I think Greg is a smart guy understanding that sometimes having fresh blood can have numerous advantages. In the case with Fareeba, she was honest from the very beginning and she never folded or tried to BS me at any point. That alone made the process effortless and she along with Greg emanate that sincerity. I wish her the best with her career going forward. John Hite, new comer to this dealership as well with lots of previous experience. Again, John was a very receptive, but the thing that I noted about him was that he was your everyday guy that wasn't trying to figure out any type of angle on you. I think a lot of times sales people are trained in certain ways, but one thing that I did note about John was he didn't represent that type of individual; he was just a likable and cool individual. He was simple in his approach, answered the questions and made the process highly simplistic and easy. So in other words, the type of person you want to work with when purchasing a vehicle. As mentioned, I typically do not write these types of reviews, but I hope the detail mentioned above enunciates my experience. I believe in business that if someone treats you well, you return the same respect and phrase in return. I look forward to recommending this dealership. More
Have two Lexus a 2003 LS 300 and 2004 RX 330 both bought from this dealership. Service has always been excellent and we followed all the standard recommended servicing guidelines. We visted this dealership to look at another vehicle, but as we looked at it, the one we really wanted was right behind it. When we inquired about the price, it was within our range! We drove the LX470 and i as we looked at it, the one we really wanted was right behind it. When we inquired about the price, it was within our range! We drove the LX470 and it rode like a dream. Both Randy and Jacques answered our questions, informed us of information that was very helpful about the SUV, and were very professional and patient with us. I was taken care of immediately, despite having no appointment, as i had a flat which another place told me was irreparable due to nail embedded too close to the side wall, and they had no matching ti appointment, as i had a flat which another place told me was irreparable due to nail embedded too close to the side wall, and they had no matching tire to sell. The other place quoted a price if they had to order the replacement tire, which Lexus beat by about $30, and which they did have in stock as I called Lexus while on the road riding on the spare. I was told the wait time was about 35 minutes and offered refreshments in the waiting area. I paid and was out the door in about 40 minutes. I have been in other Lexus waiting rooms and this one was larger and better lit and gave a more comfortable feeling. More

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Went to the dealer waited over an hour to have my car appraised. Finally was presented with one offer "take it or leave it". On my way out I said to the sales person that I have never experience anything like that before and I felt like they want to lose me as a customer to another dealer of brand. The sales rep told that I wasted two hours of his time (technically they wasted my time since I was waiting over an hour for the appraisal of my car)and ask me to do him a favor and never come back. I will not buy another car at this dealer. This kind of treatment from so called "elite Lexus dealer" is unacceptable. More
